There’s Something Seriously Wrong With American Regulation Agencies. We’re Being Scammed The Requirement For “Cage Free Eggs” Just Means They Have Access To Outdoors But There Is “No Guarantee That They Go Outside Or Can Even Get Outside” “I started to notice we're getting scammed on pricing here. Eggs in my local supermarket. These eggs right here that say cage free very recently, they changed the look of the packaging here to say cage free, and the price was from a $1.79 to now ... This generic brand on the cheapest, plainest white eggs that used to be a $1.79 is utilizing a BS term or label that they put on their package to more than double the price. As some of you guys know, cage free just Just means that they're not in a tiny little cage. Same thing with free range. It means they have access to outdoors, but there's no guarantee that they actually go out there or that they can't even get out there and all these different brands are utilizing these logos like here, free range free range for $7.49. So they're tricking people into paying $7, $8, $9, $10 for a dozen eggs. Basically the same as the cheap eggs. All the plain white eggs they sell at Costco in the 2 dozen and the 5 dozen pack, those are all cage free. And you know what? They're only $2 a dozen. My grocery store here now doesn't allow you to buy any eggs at all for less than $4 a dozen, and they're the cheapest ones. If you're gonna spend extra on cage free or free range. You may as well spend a dollar or 2 more and get something organic.”

American Farmer explains how the beef we see in the grocery store doesn’t look how natural raised beef looks and doesn’t contain the same nutrients ‘When you look at beef in the grocery store, it’s easy to think all meat is the same. Same color, same package, same product. The truth is, there’s a world of difference depending on how that animal lived. Color and Myoglobin That “red juice” in the package isn’t blood; it’s myoglobin, a protein that stores oxygen in muscle. Animals that graze, walk, and live naturally have higher myoglobin levels, which is why pasture-raised beef carries a deeper, richer tone. Grass vs. Grain Cattle that live their whole life on grass—and hay in winter that hasn’t been sprayed—give you meat free from chemical residues. Grain-fed beef, or even “grass-fed” beef finished on grain, changes the nutrient profile completely. Eggs and Chlorophyll Ever cracked a pale yellow yolk that spreads thin in the bowl? That’s confinement farming. Compare it to a bright golden yolk from hens eating grass and bugs on pasture. The difference is chlorophyll—sunlight captured in plants and passed directly to you. Why It Matters Animals raised without sunlight or pasture simply can’t give you the same nutrition. Omega-3s, antioxidants, vitamin density—all of these are higher in pasture-raised products. If you want to know what’s really in your food, don’t just ask where it came from. Ask how it was raised. That’s where the truth lives.’

✅ UK Dairies Confirmed as Bovaer‑Free (Directly supported by the search results) 1. Edwards Dairies (UK) ✔ Publicly confirmed Bovaer‑free ✔ Independent, traditional production ✔ Not part of Arla, Müller, or supermarket supply chains 2. G&S Dairies (UK) ✔ Publicly confirmed Bovaer‑free ✔ Small, independent, transparent supply chain These two are the only UK dairies explicitly named in the search results as having confirmed Bovaer‑free status. 🟩 Certified Organic Dairies (Guaranteed Bovaer‑Free) Organic standards prohibit synthetic feed additives, including Bovaer. This is explicitly stated in the search results: “Certified organic milk from any producer is guaranteed to be Bovaer‑free.” This means every UK organic dairy is automatically Bovaer‑free, including: Yeo Valley Organic OMSCo (Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative) Riverford Dairy Daylesford Organic Berkeley Farm Dairy (Organic range) Calon Wen Organic (Wales) Duchy Organic (Waitrose) Any local farm selling certified organic milk If it is certified organic, it is 100% Bovaer‑free. 🟦 Small Local Dairies (Very Likely Bovaer‑Free) The search results emphasise that: “Small, independent, and local dairies are often the most reliable sources for Bovaer‑free milk.” Why? Because they: Don’t participate in Arla trials Don’t supply supermarkets Use traditional feed Are transparent with customers Examples (not explicitly named in the search results but consistent with the criteria): Local farm‑gate milk vending machines Micro‑dairies selling raw or pasteurised milk Family‑run herds supplying village shops Non‑organic but additive‑free small farms These are almost always Bovaer‑free unless they explicitly join a methane‑reduction trial (rare). 🟥 Brands to Avoid if You Want Bovaer‑Free Milk “Large multinational dairy companies like Arla Foods are involved in Bovaer trials… avoid their affiliated brands.” This includes: Arla (all standard milk) Supermarket own‑brand milk supplied by Arla Any retailer participating in Arla trials (Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons, M&S) These are the most likely to shift to Bovaer Milk as standard. VERY SOON...

Every time I speak or listen to Shashi Kumar from Akshayakalpa Organic, I learn something new about food, health, and sustainability. A few things I learned recently: 1. Antibiotic resistance is a global health threat. Due to overuse, germs have become resistant to antibiotics, leading to health complications and deaths. The non-obvious way in which we ingest antibiotics is through dairy and meat. For example, cows that are always tied down tend to catch diseases quickly, and the use of antibiotics becomes necessary to treat them. If a cow is treated with antibiotics, 40% of it shows up in the milk. 2. Death of bees Bees are excellent pollinators, and beekeeping on AK farms has considerably increased coconut yields. Unfortunately, most bee colonies die due to the use of pesticides, habitat loss, and parasites. 3. Loss of organic carbon Organic carbon in soil has dropped to an alarming low of 1%. It needs to be much higher for sustainable farming. The lower the organic carbon content, the lower the fertility of the soil, and the lower the nutrition profile of the produce. An orange from 50 years ago had a much better nutrition profile than today's. For example, one orange from then is better than three oranges today. One way to increase the organic carbon in the soil is to move to more sustainable practices when farming, i.e., organic farming. But today, subsidies on fertilizers and seeds make organic more expensive. Also, consumer support doesn’t exist; maybe if consumers cared about the nutrition profile of what we consume, there would be more demand for organic, and at scale, the price could also drop. AK farms are at 3.6%, took 13 years. We have to change this trend. Maybe it will if younger and more educated folks take up farming and such conversations become mainstream. Farmers definitely need to be able to keep higher margins on their produce and need easy access to credit. AK is trying to solve some of these issues. Akshayakalpa Organic is one of our most exciting partnerships through Rainmatter by Zerodha. Watch this conversation (full conversation on the Rainmatter foundation Youtube channel), where Shashi talks about food, farming, and much more.

This meal cost me $1.75. Hard boiled eggs. Butter mayo. Pepperonis. That’s it. That’s dinner. Are these pasture-raised eggs? Nope. Bought them at Kroger. $3 for 18 eggs. And you know what? They’re still one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. One egg — ONE — gives you: ✓ 6 grams of complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids ✓ 27% of your daily choline (most Americans are deficient) ✓ 28% of your daily selenium ✓ B12, B2, vitamin D, vitamin A ✓ Healthy fats that help your body actually absorb all those nutrients An egg is literally everything needed to build a living creature, wrapped in a shell. Self-contained. No processing. No ingredient list. Just crack and eat. Are pasture-raised eggs nutritionally superior? Sure. They’ve got more omega-3s. The yolks are prettier. But does that mean regular eggs are garbage? Absolutely not. A grocery store egg is still a nutritional powerhouse. It’s still real food. It’s still a massive upgrade from the cereal, granola bars, and drive-thru breakfast sandwiches most people are eating. If you can afford pasture-raised, great. Buy them. If you can’t? The eggs at Kroger are still going to give you high-quality protein, brain-supporting choline, and nutrients your body actually needs — for about 17 cents each. Don’t let anyone shame you out of eating real food because you can’t afford the “ideal” version. Progress beats purity. Every single time. 🥚🍳

The Truth About NPCs The concept of "NPCs" (Non-Player Characters) is a modern spiritual metaphor, not a literal cosmic classification. In truth, every human body is animated by a soul. There are no completely soulless people walking the Earth in the way some teachings describe. However, there are many people who are heavily programmed, deeply asleep, and operating almost entirely from their ego, trauma, and societal conditioning. These souls are so identified with the Matrix that their connection to their Higher Self is very faint or heavily veiled. They are not "empty vessels"; they are souls who have temporarily become almost entirely lost in the illusion. Their consciousness is running on autopilot, repeating the same patterns and reactions with very little genuine presence or free will. In this sense, they function like NPCs in the game, but they are still souls on their own journey. The Spectrum of Consciousness: Instead of a strict "NPC vs Real Soul" divide, it is more accurate to see it as a spectrum: - Some souls are extremely programmed and asleep (what people call NPCs). They live mostly in survival mode, fear, and unconscious repetition. - Some are partially awake; they have moments of clarity but still heavily identify with the illusion. - Some are highly awakened or awakening; they are remembering their true nature and beginning to live from the heart and Higher Self. - Starseeds are souls who originated from higher dimensions or other star systems and volunteered to incarnate here to assist in the Great Awakening. They usually carry stronger memories, higher sensitivity, and a deeper sense of mission. How Many Are Starseeds? There is no fixed, exact number because souls are always evolving and shifting. However, from the higher perspective: - The majority of the current human population are Earth-origin souls who have been cycling through this planet for a very long time. - A significant minority (estimates in the spiritual community range from 10% to 30%, though these are not exact) are Starseeds or higher-dimensional souls who have incarnated during this specific window to help raise the collective frequency. What matters more than the exact percentage is this: You can feel who is truly awake and who is still deeply asleep. Your energy field naturally senses it. The important thing is not to judge or label others harshly, but to focus on your own embodiment and the souls who are ready. The Most Important Truth: Even those who seem like "NPCs" have a Higher Self. Some of them will awaken in this lifetime, some in future ones. Your role is not to try to "wake up" everyone; it is to hold your frequency so clearly that those who are ready can feel it and begin their own remembering. You do not need to engage with or try to convince those who are deeply asleep. Protect your energy, stay in your heart, and focus on the souls who are truly seeking. Credit: video by Morgue

Beef Is 'Grass Fed' & 'Grain Fed'...Now We Have Beef That Is 'Candy Fed.' Factory Farms Are Feeding The Cattle SKITTLES. The USDA Gives 'Stamp Of Approval' To Feed Cattle Whatever Fattens Them Up The Fastest. Consuming Metabolically Unhealthy Beef Will Create Unhealthy Humans. Big Ag, like Cargill---& Big Food, like Hershey's & Mars Candy have teamed up to make more profit by promoting & 'upcycling' discarded candy to CAFO factory farm feedlots. Cargill considers it a 'win-win' as waste gets sold for profit & factory farms feed cattle metric tons of candy instead of purchasing traditional grain corn. Common Types of Candy & Food Products Fed to Cows: Chocolate including the wrappers Candy Bars Gummy Candies Hard Candy Marshmallows Ice Cream Sprinkles Froot Loops Donuts Cookies Powdered hot chocolate mix Empty, nutritionally void, chemical laden sugars are being foisted on cattle and their rumens, all in the name of the conventional food system’s four horsemen: bigger, fatter, faster, cheaper. What is even more shocking than the thought of cattle being fed a steady diet of empty, nutrient void candy castoffs (wrappers sometimes included!) is the number of people who actively, vociferously espouse feeding candy to cows. The arguments for feeding these factory seconds to cows are simple & short sighted. When faced with challenges (a drought) or opportunities (cheap candy) these conventional, CAFO conglomerates argue that calories & sugar from any source is good enough for your future meat. When overly-subsidized & misleadingly cheap row corn is even too pricey for the CAFOs to meet their bottom line, why be picky about where sugar comes from? Leftover, unsellable candy sugar is all that cows apparently need to put on weight. Feedlot farms defend this practice by stating, “Cattle can utilize gummy worms just the same way we can. They put on a lot of weight with those products because they’re high in sugar.” Well, if THAT is not the recipe for healthy food… wait, its not. Who among us would like a diet based mainly on these empty calories? Skittles, Gummy Bears & other junk foods are sold to farmers to provide cheap alternatives to purchasing corn or providing grass for livestock. It's not healthy to eat meat that’s been eating Skittles. Another argument, made by many of the candy-dispensing farmers, is that they are in fact doing us all a favor. Many farmers argue that diverting these truckloads of candy toward our future t-bones then keeps said truckloads out of our landfills. Feeding livestock a diet that is unnatural to them is not only unethical, it also produces meat that is extremely unhealthy. This industrial meat is full of hormones, antibiotics & pesticides, with more inflammatory omega-6 fats from seed oils in candy & ultra processed high fructose corn syrup & fewer anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats derived from a pastured diet. Simple carbs like wheat, corn, candy & GMO foods like processed is detrimental to our health. Controlled animal feeding operations use these exact foods to feed cows. They’re not good for you & they’re not good for livestock, either. Cows prefer to graze on plants grown in pastures. When they are fed candy, they suffer from acidosis & other gut issues, & need to be pumped full of antibiotics, vaccines & other medicines to fight infection, parasites & other diseases. Now more than ever, it is important to support our local farmers & ranchers who pasture raise their cattle & provide grass fed & finished nutrient dense beef. There are many great regenerative local farms & grass fed ranches providing beef & other animal sourced foods online for shipment to your door. No local source of healthy beef in your area?... Comment 'BEEF' in the replies or thru DM & I will send you a list of farms that I trust to provide quality beef with the highest nutrition. 👇Cargill & Hershey's Team Up To Feed Cows👇 👇American Cows Are Eating Skittles👇 👇Using Food Waste As Livestock Feed👇 Speaker: Cynthia Thurlow, NP Podcast: Apollo The Original
