What if AI could help bring the golden age of 2D animation back to cinemas? I brought this incredible pencil test by legendary Disney animator #MiltKahl for Pinocchio to life using AI. There’s something really special about seeing these rough drawings come alive with a 3D look. And I think that’s where AI could become genuinely useful for animation: letting animators focus more on acting, timing, and motion instead of polishing every tiny detail, like the eyes or nose, as you can see in the rough pencil test used here. Seeing all of the little details really come together is one of those very special and magical moments of video game creation. I love how this cinematic shot from No Rest for the Wicked's opening really came to life with beautiful stylized hand crafted hair and facial animation, striking visual effects with fluid simulation, beautiful set, ship sails flapping against the wind animated by our custom made cloth solver, painterly golden rim lighting and all of this running in our custom Moonity engine in real-time. And of course there's so much more with our story, sound and music for you all to experience! Couldn’t be more proud to work alongside such a world class team at Moon Studios and stoked to see where our April 18th Early Access launch will go from here!

on the topic of what constitutes "polish" - for me it's about cleaning up those tiny blips and bugs that on their own can be missed or forgiven, but in aggregate give an impression of lower quality here, when the player enters a new area, the cutscene ends when Zayd comes to a standstill. If you're holding the stick, ready to run, he stops and then immediately starts running again, which causes this fraction-of-a-second pause in the animation. You can see it twice in this video - the first time when he enters the hut and pauses on the green carpet, and then again when he exits onto the deck. Ideally, if the player is holding the stick when the cutscene ends, Zayd won't come to a standstill, but instead will transition seamlessly from cutscene-running to player-controlled running. it's such a tiny visual glitch, and on its own not worth the 15 mins it will take me to fix it. I might even decide to not fix it after all. But this for me is a classic example of "polish"

$KDR token is a pivotal moment in the history of the Kaidro universe. Finally a piece of the world that can be accessible to millions of future audiences to come. Kaidro’s $KDR will lead the forefront of what a token supported intellectual property can do. Kaidro sets the stage for what true franchise intellectual properties are capable of with dedicated fans and cross multimedia approach. We will lead the charge to be the example of a story and world can be if others like Star Wars, Harry Potter, League of Legends, and others could involve their community in this way. Kaidro has always been about the steady growth and long term play in the development of the intellectual property. Before launching the web 3 elements through out 2024 with 4 successful NFT launches, Kaidro had another lifetime in web 2 with the growth of the story and audience through the online manga on Webtoons exactly 4 years ago in 2020. We as the creators spent a good decade developing the world, storylines, art, and design as well as sharing the world alongside our audience of over 1+ million followers on TikTok. Since then, Kaidro has grown beyond a manga series to NFTs, an ARPG game, web game, audiobooks, merch, future animation and now the upcoming $KDR token. All of which onboard more and more champions in the Kaidro world.
