$With great regret, I come to inform you that I am out of the next #UFC317 competition. I suffered a foot fracture during training and, after medical evaluation, I was instructed to have surgery and focus 100% on recovery. It's not easy to stay out of something I've been preparing for with so much dedication, and without a doubt this would be the most advantageous fight of my career but I understand that this is just another challenge on the way and I trust the plans that Allah has for me! I sincerely thank everyone who is with me - we remain firm, stronger with each obstacle. The battle was only postponed... I'll be back soon!$

This woman is ripping her mail into little pieces. Like she says, we all grew up with the warning that people could go through our trash and still our information. 💯 I do this very thing still today. I have a shredder but I still prefer to rip everything up because the darn shredder always jams and sometimes I don’t want to walk all the way over there. 😂 Don’t do this as well? Was it also ingrained into your mind to tear up all your mail into a hundred pieces?

Y'all know I don't post things just to start drama but things like this are frustrations and miscues you're seeing with the offense this year. I didn't see this on the broadcast but after a screen to Kittle, there's something off about what Deebo did. Kyle is up around the 40 to the right so Deebo is talking to someone else on the sideline, who's getting after him. I went back to the broadcast and this was Kyle's reaction right after this happened. Lip readers, what's Kyle saying? Pretty sure there's a word that starts with F in there.

The whole process of putting together the "I hate cowboys" record and the "go down singin'" record was a long two years of figuring out how do something I've never done before. All the songs were written on guitar and a depth I haven't really hit before. This is the final piece of that puzzle. "The fireside sessions" are both those albums together, all acoustic, featuring the songwriters from both those records. This time in my career ends with both album covers together with me and my dad standing next to each other. It's the first time I've ever been able to see a picture of us as two grown men. I'm moving on to another album early next year, but I hope y'all love these versions of the songs, as they were written. The bluebird last night was a special way to celebrate the ending of these last two years, and the start of something new👏🏼

I can't believe how good this turned out. Recently, I put out my first physics paper proposing that life and the universe might be the result of a law governing how oscillators sync up and couple together. I find it beautiful, awe-inspiring, and deeply meaningful. It aligns with how I have always seen the world. It suggests that there is an arrow of negative entropy, a law governing how life forms in all of its complexity. Learning about it is intimidating. I am self-taught, and have struggled for months to understand and articulate the core concepts and framework. After I put out the paper, I was challenged by Danielle Fong 🔆 to make an 'explorable explanation'. A guide you can walk through, and which will hold your hand through each concept, equation, and principle. It was amazing to make. In fact, I plan to make many more covering the wide range of topics I have been researching and exploring. Both to help me, and because I believe that this is something the world needs right now. Saw this today and it honestly broke me a little. This man was sitting on the curb with a small food container, clearly not much. Right next to him was his dog, wrapped in a little blanket, lying on a makeshift bed. The guy opens his meal, takes a few bites… and then without even thinking twice, he feeds his dog from the same box. You could tell it wasn’t just “a pet.” That dog was family. They looked at each other with that kind of trust that you can’t fake. It’s crazy how people with the least often give the most. No phone out for attention, no crowd watching, just a quiet moment between two souls surviving together. I don’t know their story, but I know love when I see it. And this right here, this is love.

📢Good morning friends, I have something to tell you! My fl house is under contract and I put in an offer on a small farm here, contingent of my home selling so I can use those funds. They counter offered and that counter offer included 6 hens, 1 rooster and 2 very friendly geese. I accepted. I've been eyeballing that farm since late july when I started wanting to move. It's been on the market 8 months, nobody wanted it because the kitchen is in a separate building. The realtor told the owner "just put in a tiny kitchen in the main house " and he said "no, God will send the right person at the right time that will want this house exactly how it is" I think that person is me 🙏

He clearly states that he sent them both the beat and with Nasty C he talks about a hook and with A-Reece he is clearly referring to a verse/bars since he says “things that Slimes know him for”. BET! 3. L Tido invites MAGGZ on his podcast and he clearly indicates that MAGGZ is “ GONNA” (note that word) have the best verse on the song and during this time L Tido only knew that only Stogie T, A-Reece and MAGGZ will have verses while Nasty C is on the hook and i will prove that on number 4. So by this time L Tido already underestimates Stogie T and A-Reece pen. 4. This ball had just a 55% catch probability, and is just made to look so easy by Ceddanne Rafaela. It's all about what you don't see on the screen, because it happens before the camera is on the play. The jump is 9.0 feet above average. He was positioned well into right-center. Lesser outfielders win catch on the week on this one with a full extension dive.

Before every training session, the Sudanese national team lines up and the captain shouts "السودان يعيش" (Sudan Ya3ish) which means "Sudan is alive". This is a tradition that predates the war in Sudan but is a symbol that has taken on a whole new meaning in the last three years. Everyone in this team knows someone who has been killed in the war and they have been in exile for three years. “The Last Meatball” Animation: jboogx.creative & enigmatic_e Movement: jboogx.creative & enigmatic_e Reference Imagery: FLUX on Civitai Jboogx and I have known each other for the better part of the last 12 months. I think we've both been inspired by each other's work and dedication to exploring all the ways we can push these tools to their limits for VFX and animation. We didn't want to force a collaboration, but recently, Jboogx was inspired by the work I've been doing and how I incorporate myself into my animations. This idea is a playful take on 'Atlas carrying the boulder,' but with a twist—let's make Atlas out of spaghetti and the boulder a meatball, to fit more with what Jboogx has been doing on the food side of things lately (shoutout to our good friend James Gerde -@gerdegotit @gerdedoesit @gerdemadeit, who did the first spaghetti animation). Since I was going to record myself, it wouldn't have been right if Jboogx didn't as well! This is just a taste of what’s possible. I'm located in Germany, and Jboogx is in Hawaii. A world apart, and we pulled this together in 48 hours. BTS coming soon 😉

Kitten update #8: The kitties are back home! Everyone is getting very strong and active now. I forgot to take their weights this morning so I'll have to do it before the next feeding, but I'm confident everyone is continuing to gain. We started adding in some wet food today. I mixed up a slurry with some of the formula and stuck it in a syringe with a nipple on it. Nobody took to it right away except gray tuxedo, who loved it, but everyone else got some squirted in while they were chewing on the milk nipple and then they loved it. Well, except for dark tortie, which is a little ironic since she is by far the biggest little monster of the litter, but I guess she's done so well on the formula she's not interested in making a change yet. Butts are all looking SO much better now that I stopped using the wet wipes. However, we have now started to have some concerns about little to no pooping. Dark tortie hasn't pooped for 24 hours so I eliminated the yogurt from the formula and am crossing my fingers for some action before the end of the day or back to the vet she goes. I don't know how long they'll let me play with their tummies like this but it sure is fun for now!

Vice President Vance is right. 10 years ago this week, on the very first day he announced he was running, President Trump said "I will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons." I rewatched the clip for the 10 year anniversary of him coming down the Golden Escalator and was surprised to find his position on Iran in the speech. Notable he didn't say regime change. He didn't say he wanted to make Iran a western-style democracy. He said no nukes. Whatever your position on the war, he's been remarkably consistent.

And honestly, it doesn’t feel like just a structure being completed… it feels like a reflection of everything that came before it. time, discipline, mistakes, exposure all quietly compounding. › 2023 The Beginning It started with no real direction. I was grinding, exploring, trying things without fully understanding where it all leads. There was no structure yet… just curiosity, repetition, and a lot of learning through trial and error. I was simply moving, even when I didn’t fully know what I was moving toward. › 2024 Things Start to Form Then things began to shift. Not overnight but gradually, through exposure and experience. I entered deeper into the space and connected with OGs in the TON ecosystem And slowly, one important lesson became clear: it’s not just effort that matters… it’s information, timing, and the people you learn from. › So I also started trading as well Trading became a major part of my learning curve. Forex & Perps showed me risk in its raw form mehnn 🙂‍↔️ taught me discipline and patience. Memecoins show me shege rugs up and down Along the way, I learned from different people PMO, not just strategies, but perspectives. Each one added something I didn’t have before. › Late 2024 Structure Appears Then came a different phase. I signed my first structured deal with sign a monthly arrangement that brought a new level of stability into my journey. A very interesting theory someone brought to Jon Bray's attention is that this van in the parking area where Charlie ends up getting carried to after he is damaged pops the trunk just seconds before the shooting. Apparently acoustic analysis of all sounds at that time support that a real shot was fired from the rooftop area into the back of this van and that possibly a detonation was triggered by the sound. Brandon Halverson leads the #Bolts onto the ice for warmups ahead of his first NHL start. We spoke to Halverson when he signed that two year NHL contract with the #Bolts in February and we asked him about the possibility of getting his first NHL start with this team … “If that does happen, I am ready for it.
