No OLED or Mini-LED? Turn off HDR. A basic LCD monitor aggressively compresses the bright lighting to fit its 400nit limit and flattens the image. Worse… to hit that fake peak, it cranks global brightness to 100%. This completely washes out the darks. Cheap HDR basically takes the game's lighting, squeezes it from the top and stretches it from the bottom. Don't let the "HDR" marketing sticker fool you. You're better off going with SDR all night. But if you do have an OLED or Mini-LED, turning on HDR will make a real difference after you calibrate it. Here's a comparison on my Mini-LED TV 👇 Notice how the shadows stay dark while the highlights pop. This is what HDR is supposed to look like.

full springboard injection on 16.4.1 arm64e with launchd haxx and @RootHideDev’s bootstrap for app injection. tweak preferences work, the video cut them for length reasons the video is sped up in the first half by 2x to show the tweaks, but there are no cuts.

Americans need to speak out against the streaming service scam to make you pay for picture quality If you buy an expensive TV, like one with HDR, you must pay more monthly to be able to see shows in HDR This is a scam Take Netflix for example: - Standard with ads in 1080p is $8.99 - Standard without ads in 1080p is $19.99 - Premium 4K + HDR with better sound is $26.99 per month Paying for upgraded sound and picture on a TV you already bought that’s capable of the sound and picture quality is a scam Yes I know it’s slightly more bandwidth, it’s a scam

Pain relief is available for gynaecological procedures in the NHS. Always question why you are NOT offered it! In the NHS, There is & should be access to topical lidocaine injection, spray, entonox, and it should be routine. For pelvic exams, never agree to put your hands underneath you to help the practitioner. This is a red flag for a wrong-sized speculum. Here ⬇️I explain why it’s a teaching & equipment issue with the practitioner and NOT you being the problem Compassion and care is a basic requirement
