Even at VW they drive those cars after manufacturing them .. and their brand new He’s asking us nonsense

They get sold as new cars. In most cases their Speedo meters are not connected, only get connected on pre delivery inspection. Once the pre delivery inspection is done the vehicle is ready to be sold. You don’t really lose anything as a buyer because your service plan or motor plan is linked to the Kms or months. Whichever comes first.

You never get a car at 0 when it’s brand new

If he bought the car he's driving he would know For now Vote ANC ⚓ as per the billboard on this video 😁

This is in Durban, I used to live by the harbour next to uShaka Marine back in my university days. From the view from my room everyday I'd see cars being shipped in from abroad and driven out in convoys like this one from the harbour to their various dealers.

That bread written Fresh from the oven had to travel to the shelf🚶🏽♂️🐕

Before they deliver the car it must be tested, when its delivered to the dealership they reset it to zero or after the factory test they reset it and keep it under 250km for it to be considered "new". The reset in most cars can only be done once.

It’s considered brand new because it was never registered under anyone

This is not appropriate, when a car leaves the company it is supposed to be towed maybe shipped on another huge vehicle like a truck to the dealer where they are going to be sold it is not supposed to be driven.

Demo cars.. That's what they're called

Yes still brand new my guy

Still brand new with delivery mileage normally upto 100 miles / 160 km

I think it’s new because no one owns them yet? 😭

So he wanted the car to fly to the garage?

I stand to be corrected but in vehicle sales the term “brand new” refers to “not previously registered to an individual” so they drive them around, seats covered with plastic 😂

Well, according to the Capitalist system it is brand new bcoz it has no registered previous owner even after being driven. However, the moment you buy the same car and drive it out of the dealership even for 1 metre, that same car suddenly become a Used Car and drops value 🤡

@TiisetxoSetso They are new

No car comes as new because each one of them after production goes for testing

I can't see the question sir?

You get into an H&M store, you try on a pair of pants in the fitting room and you put them back for whatever reason. Someone else comes and buys the pants, are they still new or second hand?

The general rule, though, is that anything under 200 miles is acceptable for a new car.

Brand new 100km they say

Wake wayibona imoto ezo zero kms yena lo obuzayo?

I got mine with 11km on it. It was still technically brand new. Cars are incomparable to boxed, shelved or other products that are easier to transport. For example, they need to be driven into the dealerships’ showroom or outside parking for display.

They’re still brand new cars with delivery mileage on them.

If you’ve ever bought a brand new car, you’ll notice it comes with like 30 - 100kms on the clock most of the times, it’s never at 0km on the clock

You could never get a brand new car with 0km because each and everyone of them must be tested before approved for sales

I would also like to know as well..

Okay, Brand New Cars and whether they are sold at Zero Mileage! .....this is not my field, I'll be guessing things. Hit me when it's about: 1/ Singles 2/ Navigating Singlehood 3/ Dating & Relationship 4. Finding Love I've got good mileage here! Thank you!

How tf do you want them to transport the cars without driving? Using a junkyard marget?

A car is only second hand if it was registered before, otherwise that's a brand new car with a few test drive km

There is no new car that has 0km ofo meter reading

It’s called delivery mileage, of course it’s a brand new car on the floor. You’ll never get a 0 car mileage anywhere from the floor… Even from the factory they do drive them from the assembly line to the storage

Chief assume when u bought your car u were told the same thing the future owners of these cars will be told .....ohw it's brand new sir ,never been driven before 😩😩
