As smart as I think you are, I'm incensed that you're even surprised about this. 😂 This is witnessed every day in our circles. The "NRM PDF" or should I refer to it as the NRA has a firm grip over all agencies in the country. It's the UPDF that parades people who were allegedly burnt by NUP.
