Here is an interesting one. A man ordered his dinner from a local taco bell and pulled across the street to the parking lot of Tractor Supply to sit and eat his dinner. Deputies from Baker county Florida rolled up to his vehicle and began to question him as... to what he was doing in the lot of a closed business. He showed them his food and said he was eating his dinner. This was not enough for the deputies in their head they didn't like how he answered so they doubled down that there must be another reason. Eventually they arrested him claiming loitering and prowling with charges of resisting an officer without violence. These chargers were ultimately dismissed in Court.show more

This couple is out to dinner. They were able to narrow down the menu and order what they think would be good. After the waiter brings them their food, they start to eat, the woman is having regret for what she ordered and asked to try some of his food. She ends up liking what he ordered more and starts eating off his plate until his mashed potato’s were almost gone. Was it cool she ate most of his food without even offering him any of hers, shouldn’t he just have ordered her another meal the same as his, what would you do if someone started eating all of your food?

Drunk male karen tried to square up on officer twice his size over an Uber dispute. It comically does not end well for him. Deputies in Charlotte County, Florida, received an urgent call from an Uber driver. She reported that her passenger, 52-year-old Eric Martel, had become incredibly aggressive and confrontational after she picked him up from a local bar. Officer holds man at gunpoint that does not fit description of the person he is looking for. Officer Kerzaya was called out to this hotel as a white man pulled a gun on the hotel staff. As the officer was searching the premises he ran into Trey an employee of the hotel and also African American. The officer proceeded to pull his firearm on and hold Trey at gun point for a number of minutes. The whole time Trey had his hands up and was eventually on his knees. Once verified Trey was an employee all he said to him was get out of here. Next this officer pulled his gun on another person in the hotel that also did not fit the description. The officer resigned from duty as his certification was stripped from him. Trey filed suit against the city and pulled in a settlement.

Man arrested for talking on a phone in a public parking lot. James (John) Fillmore was parked in the parking lot adjacent to the police department. Nowhere in the parking is there a sign that says this lot is restricted. He pulled in to take a phone call. While on the phone an officer approached his vehicle demanding to know why he was there. John explained to take a phone call and things took off from that point as the Battle over if John can be in the lot or not ensued. The Chief of police even got involved. They arrested him claiming he refused a lawful order. In the end John filed suit against the PD which was quickly settled out of court for 75k. The police chief also is no longer with the department.

In Atlantic City. He showed them his license. They dismissed it. He showed them ANOTHER form of ID. They STILL kept interrogating him about where he lived, who he lived with, whether Venezuelans lived in his home, who had been in his car, and whether the vehicle was registered to him. All while illegally detaining him in his car. And in the end… The agents admitted they weren’t even looking for the person connected to the car’s registration. So, why was this U.S. citizen stopped, surrounded, and interrogated in the first place? The Fourth Amendment does not disappear because agents “suspect” someone might be undocumented. You do not have to repeatedly prove your citizenship to federal agents because they decided you “look foreign enough” to question. Yet, this keeps happening to U.S. citizens across the country.

This man noticed cans of the same brand piling up in his yard so he set up a ring camera and noticed the same vehicle passing by and throwing these cans over and over again but he needed a closer angle so he could get an accurate description of the vehicle so he set up a GoPro, when he finally got the information he needed he tracked the guy down and had an honest conversation with the man and found out he was doing it because of his Trump flag, he went on to explain to the gentleman the ways in which they were more alike than different and gave him an out, if he apologized to him and his family and promised not to do it again to which the man obliged. Too many times we see these situations culminate in violence and that’s exactly what those that propagate this hatred want, it is refreshing to see someone flip the script and handle it like a MAN. Hopefully these gentlemen have a newfound respect for each other and we’ll find a way to be neighborly to one another.

And these people showed up to listen to political debates. “It’s a miracle what he was doing with his words, with his speech, with his powers of reasoning. You could disagree with him, and many did, and that’s fine. But obviously what he created in his use of speech in this political movement was so threatening to some people that they decided that, ‘Well, we’re tired of debating.’”

Jonni Skinner is a heroic young man Jonni S🦎. If you are willing to understand what Gender Affirming "Care" actually entails from what it looks like in a gender clinic here in Michigan, please listen to his experience. He was naturally effeminate and gay as a boy where he was therefore not accepted by many around him. He sought answers for the traumas he was living through. At 13 years old, he was placed on a medicalized path at the University of Michigan to attempt to change him into a girl. The doctor contended that he was not gay, he was just a girl. He was diagnosed with "tall stature" because the doctor told him if he was too tall as a girl, he would not be able to find a mate. They therefore deliberately stunted his growth as if being tall was a disease. He was 5'7 at the time. Nine years later, he is 5'8. He was diagnosed with an endocrine disorder related puberty that he did not have to be placed on puberty blockers and cross sex hormones. The doctor used fraudulent coding more than 100 times in his medical records. He was prescribed "affirming gear" where they sent him to a sex shop across the state in Wyandotte. His doctors fearmongered him and his mother saying the phrase "would you like to have a dead son, or a living daughter". They threatened to take him from his mother if she refused their malicious pharmaceutical path. His doctor ignored the ailments related to the powerful drugs he was placed on and dismissed the sexual disfunction they were causing him by saying he could seek other means of "pleasure". The doctors ultimately ghosted him in 2021 by legitimately hanging up on him and never speaking with him again. His unique ailments related to this "care" have him being turned away from doctors today. He deserves justice and actual care. We hope to aid him in that endeavor.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen’s car, opened the door without permission, took his keys, threatened to arrest him if he didn’t prove his citizenship, and STILL refused to return his keys after he showed his U.S. PASSPORT. And then, the agent admitted ON CAMERA that the entire detention was unlawful. And here is what makes this even more disturbing… At no point did the agent claim this man committed an actual crime, but still threatened to arrest him. He was just a person who pulled over near a federal immigration operation. And because of that, the agent walked up to his vehicle, opened his door, took his keys, and threatened to put him in jail unless he proved he was a U.S. citizen. Which is not how constitutional rights work. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The U.S. citizen repeatedly asked… “Why am I being detained?” The agent first claimed he was “suspected of being illegal.” But, they didn’t have evidence to back that claim. And even after showing his U.S. PASSPORT, they refused to give him his keys back… When the U.S. citizen continued questioning why he was detained… the justification changed. Now, the agent claims he was supposedly “impeding an immigration investigation.” The man asked, “How did I impede?” The agent answered, “You pulled up right here.” That was the reason… He pulled over. The man asked, “Did I walk over there?” The agent said, “No.” “You walked to me.” The agent admitted to that. The man never left his car. He never blocked agents. He never interfered with an arrest. He pulled over… and the agent came to him. And note, the issue was never that agent told the U.S. citizen to leave… Then, after failing to justify an excuse for stealing this U.S. citizen’s keys, and threatening to arrest him if he didn’t prove his citizenship, the agent said he detained him because… “You are their boss and you hire illegal aliens.” So, the agent’s justification was not that this U.S. citizen committed a crime, it was that he was connected to people they were investigating. This is exactly why constitutional protections exist. Because if law enforcement can decide someone “looks suspicious,” demand proof of citizenship, seized their property, and threaten to arrest them until they comply with unlawful orders, those rights mean nothing. People have a right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures… regardless of their appearance, their ethnicity, or who they know. And this agent’s own words expose him: He didn’t stop this man. He didn’t pull him over. He didn’t catch him committing a crime. He approached a U.S. citizen, unlawfully detained him, and then tried to justify it afterward.
