Here is an update on my exposed Cybertruck panel. It's mostly just been sitting outside, but I have tortured it a bit too ;) Anything else I should do to it?

The screwdriver that scratched the CT transferred metal from the screwdriver to the CT metal. It is likely that transferred metal that is rusting. Likewise the super rusty magnet is rusting, likely not the underlying CT steel.

Great thoughts, thank you.

Try spray painting it and see what is the best method for removing it 😂

See how it reacts to chlorine bleach. Bleach is a strong corrosive on stainless alloys. You can easily drill holes in stainless if you use vinegar as a lubricant!

Throw some wet road salt on it 🧂

Throw it away

Great test. Main takeaway don't put magnets on your stainless steel CT, or if you do, don't remove them🙃 seeing all that rust the 1st thing coming to mind is using a 5" random orbit sanding machine with some ultra fine grit sandpaper or perhaps even good ol' steel wool to remove rust and leave no marks.
