As just one example, for all the assurances about signature matching, did you know that all it takes to circumvent that "protection" is to make an "X" on the signature line and then scribble illegibly in the witness lines? It's a felony -- so don't do it -- but neither state even REPORTS HOW MANY BALLOTS ARE FILLED OUT THIS WAY. It is a clear, gaping hole. So no. We cannot assuredly say things are super, super secure.
