Elon is outlining a roadmap here which is hard for a lot of people to understand, because this vision is something that’s never been approached before.

Buy chips = dependency make chips = sovereignty Musk didnt ask for permission.

My hot take:

The demand math Elon walks through is the most important part - global chip output was scaled for consumer electronics, not trillion-parameter inference networks running 24/7 across autonomous fleets. The gap isn't incremental. It's architectural.

Watching the full presentation feels like watching the moment someone calmly announced they were going to rebuild the entire foundation of civilization and everyone in the room just nodded.

They should make the building look like the Tyrell Building from Blade Runner.

If only we could have leaders that matched this energy and future vision.

Will be same as the 1TWh/year battery project. Wouldn’t even be the worst possible outcome as they are in fact producing at least some batteries. However even with that risk being real, if really want to push scaling that hard and believe in success, there is no other choice.

I think this man is thr biggest dork i could ever find and that is what makes me love him so much. There is no one like him, no one will be like him. I love that about him. I just mean even the humor in his personslity. Its interesting to see that we are on the same wave length.

I watched @elonmusk TeraFab presentation - super low energy, pun intended. It almost felt like AI slop Chat GPT essay high school students submit. His previous presentations at Battery Day or AI / autonomy day or earlier SpaceX presentations used to excite and inspire. None of his presentations these days are like that. Even SpaceX. What may come out of it, no one knows. God be merciful to me for saying this, but it almost felt like an effort to boost the IPO
