The Padres did not lose because of the Xander call. But I find it funny how on the Arraez called ball, you pull up the game day app. But on the Seya pitch, you don’t. Just goes to show how we are all biased in one way or another.

@SetupManTy This is great. Also, if Boegarts walks, it changes everything. It changes the way that Keller pitches and whether or not Craig removes him sooner. You can’t just assume a run or three like Padres Twitter have done.

@SetupManTy Exactly! I talk about that in the full video

@WatchBaseball @SetupManTy Cubbies sre losing 9-1 in the bottom of the third as I read this.

@SetupManKyle @SetupManTy Your point?!?

nice video. The Padres are they are taking the attention away from the fact that Tatis, Arraez, Machado and Cronenworth went 4-44 in the series.

Learn the difference of " impactful" and ordinary bad calls. Bases loaded, given 2 consecutive HBP. No outs. Different outcome. At least 1 run scores in the 9th with Fermin's deep fly ball.

Y’all gonna be buried by the Brewers in 4

You might have severe brain damage. The very first call you showed went the Cubs way, but you didnt like that so you say “yeah it’s a strike, but no ones calling that”. Then you cherrypicked the gameday zone for one single call while trusting the TV zone for every other. Fuck you

Cubs won fair and square. But if the shoe was on the other foot you would have been frustrated too. It robs all of baseball of what could have been. Umpire Score Card has Cubs with the advangage (slightly).

You change the goalposts in the middle of the video 😂 too good man. Here’s this zone that benefits us, here’s that zone, here’s this website’s zone

Cubs calling another team classless is a joke. Charlie Kirk is from a suburb of Chicago and Cubs fan. The Cubs couldn’t even do a moment of silence in his honor. They called it a moment of reflection and didn’t even put a picture of him on the big screen. Meanwhile the Yankees (who I hate but respect) do a moment of silence while showing a montage of Charlie over the years on their big screen.

I’m no fan of either team, but there is an account that already does this

Naaaahhh. We don't care about borderline calls. Those are always 50-50. So comparing many of the calls with the last miscall is a false equivalency. The last call was egregiously bad and momentum-killing.

Only iglesias initially said something. (shouldn’t have) Pretty calmly. The ump sticks his chest out and snaps back. (Ump should kept walking and that would have been that.) but an already pissed off disappointed eliminated group reacts and you’re surprised ???

LOL you’re not being biased, AT ALL! You’re giving equal weight to a way less meaningless 1-1 pitch in the 1st as a 1-2 pitch in the top of the 9th of an ELIMINATION GAME. Useless video.

Cub people are insufferable. The call was missed. In your favor. STFU and take the victory. How insecure you must be going through this stuff

As a Padre fan, this didn’t come down to an umpire missing a call in the 9th inning. Pads bats fell asleep while their so called stars are undisciplined at the plate and the Cubs were smart and took advantage of it. But also making a video like this also shows your pity

80 percent of those were borderline calls, that in my opinion coulda gone either way and I was fine with…the Xander call was egregious and a major impact miss…that said we need robo umps, especially with the broadcast showing the strike zone and pitch location

You cant use the GameDay zone, its not as accurate either. You have to use the adjusted zones in 3D Pitch

So one showed a ball on the screen is somehow i strike on another platform. Do the same for every pitch. Thanks

Tatis Arraez & Machado combined to be 0-11 in a winner takes all game. Sorry POS organization for thinking that one strike call cost them the game. Maybe Arraez should’ve hustled that one out😂😂😂

So the Telecast strike zone is accurate for Padres pitchers but not Cubs pitchers. Got it. Switching back and forth from telecast and gameday strike zone in your analysis is suspect. That said Padres lost because of their "stars" not showing up.

You’re an idiot. This is skewed to present things from the viewpoint that the cubs got shafted which is simply false. You’re not accounting for the situation, the pitch count, the inning etc. The Bogerts call cannot happen. In any playoff game, in the 9th inning. Period.

Except the one miss was far more impactful than any of these

They bailed u out in the 9th inning. The worst call was when the cubs were in trouble

I was going to say that I’m sure the Cubs faced some missed calls, as well. That’s the game right now. Padres need to deal with getting outperformed🤷🏻♂️

Thanks for proving the Umpire was incredibly consistent in how he called balls and strikes. That’s all we cared about as hitters. Be consistent and he was.

@joframaso

JHC. The umpire was consistently calling pitches on one side strikes and not the other. I played Minor League Baseball and this is NORMAL!!! Every umpire has a way they interpret the strike zone. The Espin graphic is bull 💩. Learn the umpires strike zone or shut up.

His zone was consistent all night. Up to the players to adjust. You millennials think faulty technology is better than humans. You are brainwashed

Well done sir

Imagine a Cub's fan acknowledging the opposition was legitimately boned.

They said on the telecast that the zone they use will be what they use for the appeal system next year so you saying that another “zone” is more accurate is moot plus you only used that for 1 call that helped your narrative. I don’t think the call on Bogarts was egregious either

It felt like cubs had some calls go against them as I was watching. Thanks for the breakdown.
