Here is everything you need to know about the Visa Presale Draw 🇨🇦🇲🇽🇺🇸

@Visa I know this is only a Pre-Sale draw but we really need to fix this. Why am I waiting an hour in queue to get a gateway error 😭😭😭

@Visa Site crashing, HTTP status 400 - bad request

@Visa Impressive the lack of customer focus for those sales. I have already been through the virtual line TWICE and always ends up with a BAD REQUEST 400 ERROR

@Visa Doesn’t work

@Visa I waited over an hour to get through the que to get entered into a draw only to get 10 minutes of errors trying to submit the form and boom I am now back in the que.....

@Visa if y’all can fix the servers I would love to experience that🥀

@Visa Why don’t you fix the issue. It’s not working. 400 bad request

@Visa Thanks guys @FIFAWorldCup

@Visa Here's something else to know. Your process is broken.

@Visa I've tried 3 times now, entered my information, and then this. Why?

@Visa it ain’t working

@Visa Your site is broken fifa!!!

@Visa Bad Request error here as well after waiting over an hour

@Visa This was super convoluted. I finally got through after an hour. Assumed we'd have a chance to buy tickets now.

@Visa Excited to participate.

@Visa Fix the damn site!

@Visa I think I'll wait until you fix the mess

@Visa Fix the website you absolute muppets

@Visa I got the "Satus-400 Bad Request" prompt after submitting my info. I am now trying for the second time and currently waiting for my countdown to finalized. Is there a reason why this is happening?

@Visa Waiting for past 4 hours. Got in. Got booted. New page says almost there for past 3 hours w no time.

@Visa for this page on the hospitality offering..no schedule is loading to be able to select from. does that mean nothing is available? or is it just not loading?

@Visa Such crap

@Visa I'm trying to reset my password but fifa website isn't sending me an email with link to reset my password!!

@Visa Waited 1 hour and it kicked me out immediately

@Visa I think @taylorswift13 should be brought in to manage the @FIFAWorldCup 2026 Ticketing process... @TSTheErasTour Key Ticket & Sales Facts:  Tickets Sold: 10,168,008 Gross Sales: $2,077,618,725 149 Shows; 51 Cities Avg ~$204/seat @Ticketmaster - 3.5 mill. handled at peak presale

@Visa what a joke…. again I waited to enter the queue after it failed. then it failed again. @fifa @Visa what are you doing to resolve this?

@FIFAcom @Visa Nice to have waited 2 hours only to get an error message when trying to buy tickets 😑

@FIFAcom @Visa HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GET IN THE DRAW W THIS !! #FIFAWorldCup

@Visa HI when I click enter after waiting it had an error

@FIFAcom @Visa It is not working, after 1h wait i was at waitlist. Then click and Bad Request Error Page🤯
