what did you do to get the moving distortion/smear effect on the cyan solid?

fractal noise, distort is the same way as illustration, and just parented it's Offset turbulence to null

NO PROBLEM i circled the layer i was talking about in red here, cyan solid 1 that has the moving lines/smear effect to it

oh just shape made with mask and apply roughen edges, 1 for outer spikes and second one for inner rusty kind of holes

Can this be done in DaVinci? (I use the free version currently lol)

the only plugin i used is furikake
