Here is my Conor #McGregor gait analysis. I wouldn't be able to explain why he's flexing his knee so much at left midstance/right swing phase. Otherwise expected gait deviations given a likely cruciate ligament and possible meniscal injury.

Here’s a back angle of the same play. This is a clean play IMO. I see some mild contact here, but no tackle “from behind” is performed which has been alluded to by some. Jakob is not a dirty player and has never proven to be. Kuithe plants with his left leg at the top of the route and you see a slight buckling inward of the left knee (valgus force which is typical in ACL tears.) This is normal contact with a TE/DB at the top of a route. Jakob disengages with his body after the initial contact. It appears to be a left knee injury. Possibly an ACL tear with some collateral damage based off the mechanism. Kuithe begins to hobble after the plant and eventually falls to the turf. Kuithe, in 2022 suffered an ACL injury and meniscus tear to his right knee. Data shows that once you’ve had an ACL Injury, there is a higher risk of injuring your opposite knee than your reconstructed knee. Furthermore, there is increasing data supporting the elevated risk of ACL injuries correlated to turf as well as style and type of cleats. My heart goes out to Kuithe.

This is Bear. He arrived at the shelter limping in pain. He had a torn CCL and needed surgery to repair it. Thanks to your recent support of our 'tell your dog i said hi' merch, 15/10 Foundation was able to cover his $5,100 knee surgery. We're thrilled to report he's recovering beautifully and has found a forever home. His new dad told us Bear is "such a loving, goofy, happy dog. I feel so fortunate to have found him." ❤️‍🩹

His butt is going towards third base another words and he is more bent at the waist which is why he is he is missing so many pitches right now. Left is today, Middle is in Philly and the a slow motion video on the right where you can really see his hips heading towards third and not staying underneath him. Had some commenters ask about Ousmane Kromah’s “Bow Legged: ELITE Contact Balance”. It’s a theory I’ve had since first watching him on January 18th almost a year ago. One of the reasons I think he’s so special. Longer post as I breakdown this play👇 There’s a guy on his back that’s about to tackle him and a guy on his side trying to tackle him. Ous puts his right hand down to try and prevent a tackle. He tries to plant back legs and his right leg slips. He’s holding the weight of two people on top of him while balancing on one leg and one arm. Then he twists up entirely on one leg and throws them off. At one point, Ous has all of his weight on his left leg which is like fully extended. This defender is completely off the turf and on top of Ous and he just stands straight up likes it’s nothing. So he shouldn’t have been able to stay on his feet, but it’s even crazier he didn’t suffer a knee injury when you consider the weight on his back and the way his knee bent. I think being bow legged allows him to do stuff like this without sustaining injuries that any other human would. Glad I got to share this.

So I have to tell you what is going on in my life. This last month has been overwhelming for me. By that I mean that I just didn't want to go on after Vinnie died. He wasn't the first to leave me but he was different. When my illness got worse, Vinnie wouldn't leave me. I just didn't have a reason to care anymore. I started looking online at adoptable Chihuahuas and thought I had found one here in Oregon but was turned down because I couldn't take her for 2-3 walks a day and because I didn't have a large attached yard. A "X" friend found this little guy in Texas. The rescue has waved his adoption fee and my "X" friend is paying for the transportation cost. Please welcome "Tank". He left Texas this morning and should be here by Sunday. His family surrendered him (at age 9) to a high kill shelter and a small rescue was able to pull him. Now he will be with me for the rest of his life. He does have cataracts but I am hoping to find help with surgery through large discounts at Oregon Humane because of my age and with help from my Vet if he needs it. Right now he isn't at that point. He had two lumps removed and is cancer free. I hope that Vinnie would approve because Tank isn't replacing him. No one will ever replace him. I will let you know when he gets here.

This is Roger. He was initially rescued from an LA shelter, but began collapsing once in his foster home. He spent 3 nights in the ER, was diagnosed with a heart murmur and other rhythmic irregularities, and was sent home with a life expectancy of just a few months. At 12 years old, putting him through surgery just seemed like too much. Many humans spoil their dogs as much as possible when given such news, so one day Roger was fed a few bites of pizza. His whole demeanor immediately changed, so much so that his doctor no longer believes a heart surgery is even necessary. Roger is absolutely chillin with just the medication he's on... and maybe the occasional bite of pizza ❤️‍🩹 Thanks to your recent support of our 'tell your dog i said hi' merch, 15/10 Foundation was able to pay for all of Roger's medical care 🤗

gunwook and kyehoon first impression of junghwan #소정환 🧸 junghwan was actually one of the people ive wanted to get closer to so i was really looking forward to this opportunity i thought he had a strong image but he's way more of a prankster than I expected so he was really cute. it’s fun, and joking around together is so much fun that it really feels like the three of us became true best friends which is great. 🦊and in junghwan’s case, since he's such a sunbaenim figure, at first... uh he was a bit scary, but now he just feels like a younger brother to me. to be honest, gunwook and junghwan are so cute I could die. this trio has a cuteness agression towards each other 😆 and i understand.

This is Bertha - and this is exactly the situation I have been struggling with. She was my first cow purchase. Bought her as a milk cow and then soon learned she was mostly past time for being a good milk cow. She’s about 14 or 15 years old. Still gives a calf each year but her time for a natural end is coming quickly. Many would take her to the sale barn, receive some money for her. It’s difficult to explain but that feels wrong - it’s not, but it feels terrible. So at this point she will likely live her life out here, she’ll serve as a lead cow (she’s really not great for that either), but she will do okay. She means a lot to me and I just don’t want to think of her at auction or otherwise being transported somewhere away from this farm. So for now, and likely until her very end, she remains here.

Do your divots point left of your target all the time? If so... they SHOULD! Have a look at this shot from Shane Lowry at the Ryder Cup. My green arrow is the target & my red arrows are where his divot is pointing. This is perfectly normal If your divots point at the target or right of your target, it means your swing path could be excessively in to out which can produce blocks & hooks Now obviously an excessive out to in path could produce a divot that is excessively left of target for sure, but for a fairly straight shot, it's perfectly normal for your divot to point slightly left of target
