What authorities allow, suddenly becomes a norm. Humans are naturally lawless, and if you can’t be ruthless as a leader, stop dreaming about building a sane society or development

Republic Bar and some other pubs took over a whole street in osu and now that street is blocked you have use alternative route…the level of indiscipline goodness

Ethiopia🇪🇹🇪🇹, go sell on the road and let see 😏

The sidewalk from Osu traffic light to the Castle has been filled with kiosks. so sad.

Ghanaians take violent offense to open space. If us, it is a dream of free money going to waste.

@joe_cavani2 Assemblies are useless… I think mce and dce need to be voted for… It’ll make them more accountable to their districts

Let's take the Assemblies on, after 1 month notice - we can sue: Edit to suit your locality and serve at their office. Next is the media coverage where we call and name specific MMDCEs on TV, radio and all other platforms.

It's started at the flower pot interchange. They're ignoring the rule to not sell or hawk there. The city authorities will look on unconcerned as usual, until it becomes a big problem.

Danquah Circle oh! Police HQ is even less than a kilometer away.

@yawpalba_ This is what AI should be used for.

"So if you sack us what are we going to eat . This is where we feed our family from. You must find a place for us before telling us to move"

@Quame_Lotus Leadership problem not a citizen problem

THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE BROADCAST ON TV DAILY, LIKE THE HIV/AIDS AND ANTI-DRUG CAMPAIGNS OF THE GOOD OLD DAYS, IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT SYSTEMIC CHANGE.

More of such PSA, we should introduce self enforcement. Someone videos a person peeing in public, sends to the enforcement unit, they use the Ghana card info to identify the person, contact him & assess a fine, he doesn't pay on time, they make video public, public humiliation

All these are signs of massive unemployment. If there were abundant industries and jobs, who would set up a kiosk to sell sugar and gari? A mechanic would be applying their skills to industrial machines, not running a makeshift roadside shop. Root cause effect!!

A perfect example is the suame magazine

The chaos that Local Government allows to happen.

The people who are paid to make sure our cities are clean are sleeping on the job. Pavements are taken over by traders and pedestrians struggle with cars on the road. Go to circle and its annoying what you see. City guards see it yet do nothing. I support this campaign

My neighbourhood defined And yet we have the local assembly overseeing development control. Somebody has redeveloped parts of their property into shops and rentable units with no parking space. Now uses the road for parking for residences and shops . Imagine. Hmmmm

This is a leadership problem. Our leaders don’t live amongst us the common citizens after they are elected. We vote for them to solve problems they don’t experience daily.

And yet the Assembly will be chasing me for property rate, the DVLA collects road worthy and ECG charges me for street lights! We are just being robbed daily.

Not only Ghana even here in Nigeria

Lets do a demo on this. We need to push this agenda. Im all in for it

This is the story in places like Teshie, Accra Newtown, Mamobi and Nima and some other areas in central Accra.

They move in such spaces , they see a need that they want to meet . That’s what leads to this development, it’s about authority provides the right spaces for such people to thrive that all and this will not be a issue

Wow this nice

They will tell you it the government

Come to Mataheko

Chale, this be AI?
