For the record, you can say “Worthy should have laid out” “Mahomes could have thrown a better ball” And ofc “Kelce should have made his block” But for me it begins and ends with “run the ball on 3rd and 2 and go for it on 4th if it fails”

9-man protection and Mahomes still got drilled. I actually don’t hate the play call. They’re going to have to block someone at some point.

If you need two yards I would suggest blocking 8 people moving forwards and running the dang ball

I think the biggest problem on it was Kelce missing the block on the edge. Pat got killed as he let it go.

I know I’m in the minority but I still think that was the wrong play for 3d & 2 with short time left on the clock. I think extending the drive would’ve been a better option. But I understand what ppl are saying about the coverage. It’s just that it’s a low probability of success thrown bc of Worthy; he’s not in synch with Mahomes yet. Yet being the key word.
