Here is the difference between the cultural dance pattern of the Ikwerre Ethnic Group & Ibo Ethnic Group. Ikwerre dance is called Eri Ikhu (waist dance), the dancer uses his or her waist to move according to the rhythm of the beat while moving in motion or standing on... a spot. On the other hand, the Ibo dance is called Egwu Nchayi and is done basically by hopping around to the sound of the beat. Also worthy of note is the difference in the style of music, instruments and language of the Ikwerre Music and that of the Ibo Music in the two videos below. That second dance is not even ibo. Its a delta north dance. Ibos usually copy. They don’t have a dance pattern
