I'm going through old footage of 9/11, and this one really shows what it was like for people who weren't even in the immediate vicinity of the towers. Absolutely insane

I have never seen continuous footage like this. Man, it's like you're really there, experiencing it with them! It's hard to believe they voted in a Muslim mayor after all of this.

And to think that 9/11 could’ve been so much worse if the planes struck a little later in the morning after the rush hour and a little lower in the bundling. And if the towers fell sideways. Not to mention the original 10 plane plan that Osama bin Laden scaled back due to complexity.

Thank you for posting this. I was on 34th street a few miles away that morning and I wish I had recorded the confusion and chaos in the streets in the aftermath of the attack. I’ll never forget that morning and the days and weeks and months that followed.
You can see the floors pancaking, jesus how horrific.
