This is cool, you can now give Grok a ton of commands at once in your Tesla and it’ll do them all together. The commands I gave: • Fold mirrors • Turn on wipers to fastest setting • Change temp to 65° • Open self-driving app • Open glovebox Comes with Tesla’s 2026 Summer Update.

Installed Tailscale on my Grok Bot's machine and gave it access to my entire homelab. Now I can control everything through the Grok Bot, turn lights on/off, manage services, check machines, run automations, etc. My homelab has an AI interface now!!

Part I: photons to digital signal Part II: digital signal to pretty picture Pro tip for Grok Grok Bot: Ask it to QA every single frame before handing it back. It saves QA time so you can focus on high-level direction. All technical visualization, including relinearization of the video footage from Grok Grok Imagine to be physically accurate, is done by Grok Grok Bot. Update: added more technical details with higher quality encoding for completion.

Also put a road in". The app was literally one shotted. "Now make a video that shows this off". Here is the one shot video result. Wild. Grok is unreal. Thanks to mu for the inspiration to do this

Look how much Grok has progressed in just 6 months from Grok 3 to Grok 4.6! As a quick Saturday morning project I gave Grok Build the link to this previous "𝕏 THE GAME" viral (yet ugly) game Grok was able to watch the video, quickly reverse engineer the game, and make dramatic improvements You can play it here (on desktop): Some lessons I learned: - Grok is extremely token efficient. I was able to iterate on the design many times and still kept the token cost surprisingly low (only a few $ to make this game) - Grok is great at working with humans. Instead of just telling it what to do, or on the other extreme having it go off and do something itself, ask for a list of options on how to improve and tell Grok which ones to implement. A true partnership - Anyone can build things these days with AI, no code knowledge needed What are you building with Grok?

Introducing my newest app, TethrX, made with Grok 4.5 to access Grok Build on your phone. TethrX connects to Grok Build running on your own computer, so you can start a task from anywhere, follow Grok's reasoning as it works, approve every command before it runs, and review the code it writes. Your code never leaves your machine. The public TestFlight is now open, and a demonstration is below. You pair your phone by scanning a QR code, either on your local network or from anywhere through Tailscale. From there TethrX streams Grok's reasoning, tool calls, command output and file changes as they happen, and asks your approval before anything runs. Plan mode lets you read the plan before the work begins. When a task finishes you can review exactly what changed. TethrX lists the modified files in your project, shows a diff for each one, and lets you commit or discard the work without leaving your phone. The app supports slash commands, including /compact and any skills you have installed, along with voice dictation, queued messages and reusable prompts. Sessions can be searched and organised into folders, and you can pair several computers and switch between them. Siri can start a task or tell you what Grok is doing without opening the app, a home screen widget shows whether Grok is working, and a Live Activity tracks progress on your lock screen and Dynamic Island. Every session reports its context window, token usage and cost, the app can be locked behind Face ID, and your computer is kept awake for as long as a task is running. TethrX requires Grok Build installed and signed in on your computer, together with Node.js 20 or newer. A single command starts the bridge: npx tethrx-bridge TethrX is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Yay, #princessCelestia is ready! 200 LEDs, remote and phone control. From phone you can adjust the speed/brightness/colors. There are also TONS of modes It knows how to respond to music - both from the built-in microphone and directly from the phone. Very happy with this girl!

Grok Imagine UPDATE: Once your animation is complete, you can extend it using any frame you like. This is really useful. Another great feature is that the music continues when the animation is extended. In the example below, I was able to extend the animation to 30 seconds without any variation in style or distortion. Look in your video options, you will see video extension appear.
