Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. A few days ago Jerod McDaniel shared a quote along the lines of “horses made for war don’t dance well at weddings” I think there are a lot of people like myself that know how plants… or livestock.. or a pasture or even building a house or pouring concrete work. We just want to do what we do. The weather worked out well this year for this. We’re going to be 👍 I could grow about anything, but I like to do it my own way. I sometimes wish I didn’t have to predict or guess what people will do… or markets… and the all the corresponding things that entails. I know you can’t just do your craft, but sometimes you want to just immerse yourself in something you have a more complete understanding of. I watch people like Adam Chappell do this with cotton. Zack Smith come up with farmonius designs Intergrazing livestock. We could do so much cool shit, if only we could just have the local markets, infrastructure… if the average person could have that connection and means to trade with the local farm / farmer that just wanted to just do it…be him or herself Maybe I left you hanging with the main idea here. Just finished Animal Kingdom (2010), I reckon it’s the best Australian film I’ve ever watched. I genuinely reckon this is the movie I would tell foreigners to watch if they want to understand the dark side of Australia. It has everything - disgusting corrupt lawyers, corrupt police, the security forces and state struggling to maintain “social cohesion” in the face of a seething violent underworld. So many incompetent idiots and so many people on the take. It’s so beautifully filmed too. So many stunning shots of gritty Australian suburbia, the kinds of streets I would drive down almost every single day. The streets, the old Australian cars, the dialogue, the cadence of the actors, it’s all just so vividly Australian. It’s amazing to see it on screen. It’s also amazing to witness how much the country has changed in the 15 years since the film was released. To be honest the Australian cityscapes on display in the film are almost unrecognisable today. If you wanted to remake the film in Melbourne today you would have to incorporate streets that look completely like Shenzhen both in terms of population and in terms of the actual urban built environment (skyscrapers, bubble tea shops, Chinese money transmitters, real estate shops). You would have to have vape shops and halal chicken shops and foreign owned convenience stores. The film is so overwhelmingly Anglo Australian that it feels like it could have been set in the 70s. Apart from just a few passing characters the film is almost completely Anglo Australian, specifically dealing with a criminal sub-section of the Anglo Australian underclass. The clash is between the official Anglo Australia - the state and the security forces - and the Anglo Australian underclass struggling against them. I feel like it would be hard to remake a film with these same themes today. It would be like pretending Irish mobsters and Italian gangsters still dominate American crime. Now so much of the violent crime is done by foreign dominated gangs. Even the premise of the film - a rogue paramilitary style section of the police (the Armed Robbery Squad) going wild and carrying out extrajudicial executions against violent criminals - is just bizarre today given the actual state of the criminal justice system in Australia. A significant number of armed robbers in Australia today would be migrant youths who get bail within 24 hours.

Here it comes Starting out in Australia I never thought things like this were possible. No one from Australia had ever “made it” so the idea that anything like this would ever be a reality seemed so far fetched. This week I got to wrestle in front of over ten thousand, countless friends and family, do interviews with the news outlets I grew up watching, test myself against some of the greatest to ever do it and just so happened to get into the best shape of my life for it. Plus I got to share my beautiful country with my beautiful life partner for the first time (and see Bodhi the golden) This entire week has felt surreal. Overwhelming at times but all worth it for one of the best days of my life. Thank you for being a part of it in any way, it will never be lost on me how blessed I am to live this life. I’m gonna be riding this high for a long time.

If you want an example of why Australia is in such dire trouble and going backwards, just look at the absurd TikTok video these three complete imbeciles have produced. They are "celebrating’ the construction of 17 new homes—yes, just 17—at a time when new housing approvals are lower than they were 15 years ago, and when they continue to import hundreds of thousands of people into Australia, when the nation doesn’t have the capacity to build enough houses to accomodate them. To think, this is the caliber of people who have just been elected to Federal Parliament. They are absolutely clueless and would be lucky to know one end of a hammer from the other. Their incompetence is a very reason Australia has a housing & homelessness crisis. And their central planning will only make things worse. We don’t need the government building houses. What we need is for the government to cut migration, reduce red tape, and eliminate excessive taxes and regulations.

I'm laying in my tent reflecting on my life right now..and I have to say, some would say my life situation of being homeless is a sad thing .. because you see people out there who are addicts and in bad situations .. but mine isn't anything like that. Although I havent had a home in 10 years, I see and feel the blessing. I'm so free in life to live how I want in life. Sure while sometimes I desire a bed to come home too.. I get to have a bed anywhere in life I want. I'm so free to live and explore as I please with nothing to tie me down. If I could share any piece of advice, it is simple do not trade your freedom of life for the chains of society and what they deem how YOU should live. I promise in this day and age you can be so free and make money without anyone there to tell you when to clock in, when to eat lunch, when you can use the bathroom, none of that! I hope you all find the bliss I feel in life someday.
