This is Aleksandr Karelin style he did this back in the day obviously great for grapplers but a great all around exercise for the posterior chain.

I love this movement. I also occasionally like aiming the drop for the opposite foot of the pulling arm. Seems to make a better stretch at the bottom. Only a small difference but you can do so many variants of this.

Do you then immediately do a set with the left arm or do you rest and then do the left arm? Seems like every set hits your lower body but every other set hits your shoulders depending on which arm you use. Do you see an issue with your lower body tiring before your shoulders?
