I don’t see the mayor here but I see his family members celebrating something that is normal,others host dinners to celebrate but this is how they celebrate in the rural areas and there is nothing wrong here

But there was no spinning there and it’s normal in our communities for families to chant in celebrating one’s achievements. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this video. In my village, they would’ve gone the same.

If I am not mistaken, a similar video did the rounds last year of a new IFP doing the same after toppling an ANC-led coalition government. Maybe this is the way they do things there by northern KwaZulu-Natal.

Nop. But something wrong with flashing blue lights. Because there is a policy that regulates their can use under emergency etc. not celebrations. So you don’t wanna get into the habit of using them willy nilly, next thing they are abused on the roads.

It’s not a bad thing. I thought he was harassing other drivers on the roads. Light on or off at home isn’t abuse…🤣. I don’t see an element of unfairness on other road users.
