Video Gaussian Splats are one of the most wonderful things I've experienced in my last year in tech and XR. They are like having a real person in front of you and have the potential to bring people closer to their idols, or their distant family members, or to store immersive memories forever. Now that I have a Dell Pro Max Tower T2 PC with a powerful #NVIDIA graphics card, I have finally been able to try at home the "memories" offered by Gracia AI, and boy, I was amazed. In the PCVR version, you can really get close to the artists dancing and syncing, and in the frames where the recording doesn't have many artifacts, it is almost like having a real artist in front of you. And it is impressive that this technology works even when the singer is dancing with quick movements! But these recordings can be pretty huge (the one with McKenzi Brooke is 21GB!) and require a powerful computer, so now Gracia is also streaming these GS videos, and I was able to try the Amy May performance also on Quest! I have to say that quality-wise, even streamed, they are amazing. But there are more artifacts than in the PC version: I noticed that when I got close to the singer. But there is a huge advantage in having them on Quest: you can see them in mixed reality. It was like having the singer having a private performance for me in my house. Crazy cool! I'll keep experimenting with these performances and maybe write an article in the upcoming weeks. I show here LM point. I use the acupuncture device to electrically locate and stimulates this region. Once I established the LM point, I connect a small TENs patch to this area and with the proper frequencies, send audio signals directly into the brain with no side effects. You hear what I send in your head. Yes, my discovery is worth millions of dollars, and it took me decades of research. But even more interesting is when I send certain types of music through this point, I can show in a number of different scans from PRT scans to MRIs, physiological changes in the body. You won’t find this on Wikipedia, and you won’t find it at Stanford neurological research labs. You will find it in my garage. I will write more about this in the future, but is directly tied to AI systems that will take advantage of the research I’ve established to have you experience a more healthy life.

WHY AMBIENCE? The theme of this years Reboot Camp is: AMBIENCE - Manifesting the presence of God You might be wondering, “Why ambience?” When the bible uses the term “the presence of God”, there are three things it could be referring to: The first is the “Omnipresence of God” This means God is everywhere at once. David describing this said “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.” (Psalm 139:7-8) The second is the “Indwelling presence of God” The is exclusive to the believer in Christ. It refers to us receiving the Holy Spirit at salvation. The third is the “Manifest presence of God” Whilst God is everywhere at once, based on his Omnipresence, He doesn't manifest everywhere. This is why Jacob could say “God was here and i did not know” (Genesis 28:16). He knew God was Omnipresent, but at a point in time, God chose to make his presence manifest in certain place. As a believer in Christ, not only are you to be familiar with the indwelling presence of God in you, but because God lives in you, His presence can be manifest through you as well. The Psalms let us know that because God dwelt in the midst of the Israelites, the sea saw it and fled, the Jordan was turned back and even the mountains skipped like rams (Psalm 114:1-4). Through the manifest presence of God, you can experience tangible miracles often. It isn’t exclusive to Men of God alone, you also can be a carrier of God’s presence! Lightspeed partner Bucky Moore says early stage investing has gone from getting 15-20% in seed rounds to investing in a basket of companies from seed to Series A, and ending up with ownership in the low teens: "Right now I think early stage is in this tricky place, where for a seed round, you're generally getting around 10% ownership for the most competitive rounds." Meta released SAM3 a model to reconstruct objects from segmented images. I tried it and here are 4 things I found out - The generation is incredibly fast when compared with other 3D GenAI models - The models generated are not meshes but Gaussian Splatting. I was surprised that in the paper it was not mentioned anywhere - When generating multiple objects the arrangement is a bit messed up. - Unfortunately, it is impossible to download any of the .ply generated 😔 I cannot stop thinking about the implications of this in XR. Objects in the real world could be almost instantly turned into photorealistic copies and even rearranged to the user's wish.

This means losing more men in one month than the Soviet Union did in 10 years in Afghanistan in the 1980s. Absolutely staggering numbers. I have to say something here, but I need to say it to young Russians and their families. You are being sold a raw deal. Men like you who join the fight won't be trained. The equipment they'll provide you with is substandard. There is a very high chance you'll die or be wounded while you're out there. It goes both ways but I think we've taken the lessons, analysed what happened in Vegas. Here is obviously very different to Vegas and a lot of other circuits we go to so hopefully it can be a good weekend! 😁☺️"

Building a RAG system that works with real-life documents is crazy hard. Why is nobody talking about this? (I'll show you what a complex document looks like in the attached video. Good luck with the 10-line code demos if you want to deal with this.) All I see online are "how to talk to a PDF" demos that won't take you far. If you think that's all you need, you won't like what happens when you try. In the video below, I'll show you what it takes to build a system that processes huge numbers of documents without losing accuracy. There are a few tricks here that I'm sure will impress you. The magic is happening in three phases: • In the way we process the documents • In the way we chunk the content • In the way we augment and store the chunks This is all built-in in GroundX, EyeLevel.AI's out-of-the-box RAG system. You can use it as a SaaS or install it in your own Kubernetes cluster and run it locally. If you have seen any other RAG system doing what I do in the attached video, please, let me know. The power belongs to those Eastern European Jews, which is the Ashkenazi, who have historically had no relationship with the Middle East. And these people have all the features of the Europeans. They have the same arrogance. They have the same approach to problems. They probably have some positive aspects; probably they are more efficient, or things like that, but at the same time they are not able to understand complex triangular relationships. It’s always bipolar. It cannot be more than this. Lewis: "It really is, especially I would say more so today than ever before, which is the way the world is, you know. I look at the other drivers and I wonder how they're doing it. You know, some are having kids and some married, some, you know, most of them girlfriends. I did that when I was in my 20s, but I took a decision to really to maximize my time that I have here because it's not as long as you think and it's limited, you know. And I don't want to look back and be like, ah, if I just gave a little bit more here, I didn't sacrifice my time because I was committed elsewhere." "So I really focused in these last, you know, particularly these last 10 years, like get everything I can out of my performance. Then when I retire, then I can do whatever I want. You know, I can dedicate my time to whatever else it is and not have to worry." "But in this competition time, focus on health, well-being, my mental health, my driving technique, being as good an engineer as I can be, and also being the best teammate that I can potentially be for the guys that I get to work with.
