My rate is 2.8% I don’t want to stay in NYS but here I am going into winter looking at shit rates keeping me locked into this area

You missed a massive part of that implosion in 08… the banks and Wall Street and the bullshit they were pulling

Here ya go:

Because the boomers are the most selfish of all the generations. They’ve tricked themselves into believing they ARE the 1%. Infuriating and pathetic. Now I’ll watch your video and see if I’m right.

Everyone is pulling the equity to look rich on instagram. So they still carry a mortgage only this one hasn’t been paid down at all. So they are not motivated because they’ll have to take a big loss. Also why you rent is so high. Your basically just paying their mortgage +300$

Settle down, Skippy. No need to yell.

Man you're so fucking annoying. You might have some good points but I'm not going to listen to them.

You can’t compare anything of today to 2008. They didn’t see the crash coming then and had to do the bailout after the fact. It’s obvious that the government is continuing to spend 2 trillion a year every year since then so the banks don’t lose their shirts again

I’m not spending 3k-4k a month for a pile of crap

That’s what I see too. People want to cash out but no one is under duress to do it.

Thanks for your insight, Zach. In your opinion, when do you think we’ll see a downturn in prices? I understand a lot will have to change for that to happen. But what do you think? 5 years? 10 years? Ever?

My son and DIL are split, but still living together because of the market

The high pitch fear porn is terrible. Inventory is at about 50% in the 3 large counties where I live and smart sellers who understand market value will sell at market value.

Spot on. It’s like “make me move” with real teeth.

It seems like a lot of our current economic woes are because companies just keep being allowed swallow each other up and make less and less competition. What the hell happened to antitrust laws?

Thats a great synopsis. i push back b/c a sfla home og listed for 725k, by og owner dropped to 675k, just sold after 180+ days on the market for 600k. I lost the bid by 10k. Im looking at another listed for 681k, 2nd owner bought in 2024 for 640k, on the market for 90 days.

Great insight, awful scenario

Theory, When they have quantitative easing, money is printed and someone high up in the Fed and Gove decid who gets it. So it ends up in Banks that can decide how to spend . Big dogs spend it on stocks and some on houses... Artificial market

Well said!

I love you on IG and I’m happy I found you here 😂

Obnoxious TikToker perosna, but explains it pretty clearly

Is your brother the Dev for the Flock Fantasy League?

Crazy lisp

Charlie?

This is spot on

Simple answer: 2008 all over again.

Bigger question is why are the still building when we have such a major surplus. And if the "powers that be" are looking to reduce the population to 1 billion, who's going to live in all these homes?

Touché my friend

retard, but accent on tard

Difference now is banks are more stringent on approvals. Back then if you were breathing you got a loan.

Jfc. Stop talking like a idiot.
