Anytime a 3 letter agencies tells me something, especially "former" CIA (is there really ever a former CIA?) I ask myself what are they trying to take my focus off of. They were the ones rigging elections & yet you want to listen to them & have you chasing after "voting machines " in which our Voting Systems have all Voluntary rules & guidelines - their functionality, their security capabilities etc...all Voluntary & no prosecutable options. Venezuela runs their elections different then America. What happened in Venezuela has no accountability here. Just because something CAN be done, does not mean it WAS done. There would have been an actual undeniable audit trail if that was done here & would have already went to court. That hasn't happened. That's not how it was done. The Voting equipment was manipulated, but not changing votes, its settings & programs were changed to affect how it viewed the ballot images, ballots were misaligned, printed in a way to cause issue reading, wrong size, you were forced to use a marker, which caused bleed through in many - all to be used as a spying operation when the ballots were flagged for Ajudication & held to the side temporarily. This allowed spying on the ballots & estimating totals & how many more they would need to win.
