This is a VERY underrated signing. He’s bringing what we missed with Brooks. Just a toughness. It’s going to be fun seeing Amen, Tari and Smart on the floor for defense.

Chad Johnson on the possibility of Russell Westbrook joining the Miami Heat: “Westbrook is a spark coming off the bench — will be great. His energy is obviously infectious, he will be good for the Heat culture, he exemplifies what the culture is all about — working hard…that’s something he’s always been and he’ll fit well in that culture.” (via Nightcap)

Stan Van Gundy doesn’t think this is LeBron James’ last season and he tells me why Chris Paul was a bad fit for the Clippers and why the Lakers are NOT a championship contender. He has them as the fifth best team in the West behind the Thunder, Nuggets, Rockets and Spurs.
