FaceBuilder has an AI-powered 'Auto Align' button for mesh alignment, but for the best outcome, it's good to do some manual adjustments.

It now includes cel shading, anime outlines, compositing tools, and workflow modifiers for both Eevee and Cycles. I've also updated the product page with the latest preview and test files.
