FaceBuilder has an AI-powered 'Auto Align' button for mesh alignment, but for the best outcome, it's good to do some manual adjustments.

Still seems to have an issue with the top and back of the head. Anyway to get better alignment in those areas so they don't look so squished and small?

A quick update on this project Since I shared this, it has evolved into a complete Blender add-on and is now 99% finished. It now includes cel shading, anime outlines, compositing tools, and workflow modifiers for both Eevee and Cycles. I've also updated the product page with the latest preview and test files.
