But she argues that would be “not at all” possible with the compact also requiring a cap on the number of enrolled international students. “We would not be able to do that because they essentially come with cash in hand. I have only released that information recently and I am the only whistleblower that has ever said that I even gave the time when it expired and why. And it originally was with one of the 11 types of Grey species; ETE-1. In light of that, I find This woman's story to be credible. And in the context of her father, I would have to assume they once he found these documents he called her or text her and told her but he found them and he would be leaving with them.
