Learning basic English is a requirement to become legalized .... this tells me they are illegals. I would call ICE and let them straighten out their immigration status. Obviously the person who wrote this speaks English. Our PM , in the meantime is reading out whatever is written in a notebook in a language that he apparently reads. Neither does he understand what the lady spoke in English, nor about whatever he is reading out in syllables and sound that resemble words in Hindi and a few technical terms laid in English.
