Here's a early version of the animation from 3 months ago

The intro was redone like 3 different times. The very first version had the Toymaker laying dead on the floor as the camera slowly moves closer. Then the version above, which I also disliked because there wasn't much happening. The final intro follows up to btr much better.

Honestly the point I got most stuck on was the toys doing house chores, because I had 0 experience in doing daytime lighting in sfm. genuine pain in the ass.

I was looking forward to doing the toys killing people scene, originally Bonnie would repeatedly stab with a knife. Chica would grab and slowly pull out the guy's tongue until it tore. Freddy and Foxy didn't change much. These are just og ideas, these weren't animated

Toymaker's hallucination scene was planned to be in just a long hallway, thank you skethy for suggesting a elevator so I didn't have to animate walking for forty seconds, it also just worked better in general.

The concert ending was based on Dr. Steel's Childhood don't a go go music video. The entire ending was animated in a single day. I hope it's not super obvious. It was at a point where I really just wanted it finally finished and premiered

I wanted to keep the toys a surprise, but the teaser video clearly shows the toy freddy design. I was hoping the stitch in the middle would make it seem like funtime freddy. Since i never saw anyone call him toy freddy i'll assume I succeeded.

I'm sure you get a lot of comments but i wanted to say your animations are very inspiring, seriously stunning visual style. Makes me want to learn about every part about it. Awesome stuff

there are some things you could say I prefer about this version, like the more saturated color palettes for some of the shots or the framing, but the final product is objectively superior on many fronts. It's interesting to see how the project evolved overtime!

that intro bit makes me think about how Toymaker looks so over the top green for all of Build The Robots compared to most of Are We Having Fun Yet. The final version was by far the better call with the intro
