How long will it take for the Abyssal US server to be operational?

The server is still down, and there hasn't been a single response from you guys; you log in and the ping turns red every 5 minutes—it's happening to my whole team and the entire server.

It's always the same, it takes an hour to get into my server, what the hell are you doing?
