It was clinically determined he was gonna get a CT scan anyway so he just went straight for that!

I didn’t even realise it was possible to have a pneumothorax and get full saturations! 👀

Yes it’s quite impressive. It depends on how quickly it accumulates. If it happens very fast it will lead to florid shock and death!
