Current up to date one piece is so far and away different from the original (obviously since it started anime back in like what the 90s?) But my god its so peak. The colors. The shading. The fights. The fluidity. This is what our blood sweat and tears of watch hours amounted to.

They need to do this more in one piece it makes the scenes feel more alive and fluid

You can tell their opinion is on the shallow side of the pool when they say "peak"

My fav one is the first fight scene in Soul Eater. That shit is so satisfying

Shame the art style looks like Bigmouth tier dookie and you had to sit through 888 gorillion hours worth of the most boring shonen filler slop in human history to get to a few minutes of fighting that doesn't look horrid. Oh and luffy the worst protag in fiction history
