Here’s exactly why Twitter/Facebook/Instagram should not be allowed to censor :

Section 230 is supposed to protect our free speech rights online by treating social media companies like bookstores who are immune from lawsuits over slander/ defamation etc, yet when they censor users they are acting like publishers who are not immune from such lawsuits. This ability to censor & act as a publisher while enjoying protections provided a bookstore should end.
