How about I’m just learning today about this little tidbit that an electrician discovered the body and called a radio station before calling emergency services? WHAT??!

@sportsrapport Electrician calling a radio station before the cops is quite the decision.

@Im_X1 I can't believe I forgot the guy called the radio station before he called 911.

@bolton69420 For some reason, started thinking about @kurt_loder recently. Dude brought legitimacy to news on the music video channel. Very appreciative of his work. That one South Park joke about him was good too.

Insane that the electrician reported it to a radio station first.

I have a friend who was a Seattle PD cop. He called me from on the scene.

I remember this very well. I was 12 years old, and I know exactly where I was. I had recently become a huge fan. I had scammed Columbia House for a bunch of music, nirvana was the major of bands I picked multiple albums of and fell in love.

I was 22 and was at a McDonald's drive thru when the news broke. I rushed home, switched on MTV and sat on my couch in front of the t.v. and watched MTV for the rest of the day - stunned. Luckily it was a Friday, I had the weekend to grieve. End of an era.

@chrislongview I remember this so vividly. I first heard it on Z100, a radio station in NYC, but I’ll never forget this video clip. Utterly heartbroken. 😞 @Z100NewYork Kurt was, and always will be, my absolute favorite. 💚

Around midnight or so. I was watching. You dont forget that.
