Here’s Lammy, out of step with reality, also calling Reform’s Policy on permanent residency RACIST! Foreign nationals who commit crimes, live on benefits, or can’t speak English shouldn’t get permanent residency, funded by tax payers. It's time to take back control of our borders, protect Australian jobs, and ensure a future where Australians come first. One Nation will: 🔸 Deport 75,000 illegal migrants - those that have overstayed their visas, illegal workers and unlawful non-residents that undermine national security, drive down wages, and take advantage of public services meant for Australians. 🔸 Make migration net negative, which means more leave Australia than arrive - and the population decreases. 🔸 Stop the skilled visa rorting that allows cheap foreign labour to undercut Australian workers. 🔸 End the student visa loopholes that turn study into a backdoor to permanent residency or low-wage labour. 🔸 Stop the Administrative Review Tribunal being abused with endless, weaponised appeals that clog the system and delay rightful deportations. Immigration enforcement must not be held hostage by legal loopholes. 🔸Reintroduce Temporary Protection Visas a proven, effective policy that prevents permanent residency through the back door and deters illegal arrivals. 🔸Deport any visa holder who breaks the law. Weak law enforcement policies have put Australians in danger for too long. If you commit a crime, you lose your visa and the right to stay. 🔸Introduce an eight-year waiting period for citizenship and welfare, ensuring new arrivals contribute before they take. 🔸Refuse entry to migrants from nations known to foster extremist ideologies that are incompatible with Australian values and way of life. 🔸Withdraw from the UN Refugee Convention. because Australia will not be dictated to by foreign organisations when deciding who we accept into our nation on humanitarian grounds.

The Albanese Government has turned New Zealand into a back door for Australian citizenship. Under Labor's 2023 changes, anyone who gets NZ citizenship, even if they weren't born there, can come to Australia on a 444 visa, stay indefinitely, and become an Australia citizen after four years without ever becoming a permanent resident or passing our points test. When I pressed the department on how many people become permanent residents without passing the points test, they took the question on notice. The response is staggering. Only 29% of permanent visas granted in 2025-26 to 31 March 2026, were points-tested. That means 71% of people gaining permanent residency, and eventually citizenship, never sat the points test at all. Even New Zealand's Foreign Minister has warned his country is being used as a stepping stone. Yet when I raised these concerns, the Minister tried to spin migration numbers to mislead Australians, ignoring the truth that Morrison raised immigration after COVID, and Albanese then drove it two records high, followed by a slight dip he now claims is a "cut". He fails to mention the latest year is another record. Australians deserve honesty. This government created a back-door pathway that undermines our citizenship standards and disrespects migrants who did the right thing, followed the rules, and passed the points test. The Minister needs to stop playing games with the numbers and start serving the Australian people. One Nation will immediately deny permanent residency and citizenship to anyone who fails the points test.

Can Britain be saved? Only if a government commits to the following: 1. mass deportations of illegal migrants 2. voluntary remigration for naturalised & British-born citizens. As in Sweden, legal citizens would receive financial incentives to leave (ie a lump sum per person). Such a policy would require them to renounce their British citizenship so that they are unable to return. A lump sum makes sound economic sense given that each low-skilled migrant who becomes a citizen would otherwise cost the state £151,000 by pension age and £464,000 by 80 3. Social housing and welfare benefits to be restricted exclusively to British citizens. Non-citizens pay taxes for the privilege of living in the UK. British citizenship must bring special benefits - literally! 4. Foreign born nationals who currently have permanent residency / indefinite leave to remain will have their right to remain revoked if they are of working age and able to work but have relied on the state for support for the last two consecutive years. (This will not apply to those who can demonstrate exceptional mitigating circumstances). 5. Automatic deportation for non-citizens convicted of a crime that carries a custodial sentence. 6. Going forward, permanent residence / indefinite leave to remain will be only be granted after 5 years of residency and will be restricted to those who can demonstrate integration into wider society, a high level of English fluency and the ability to support themselves and their family (to a higher threshold than currently required). If in a relationship, their partner must be able to support them. 7. Eligibility for British citizenship: Minimum 10 years residency, of which at least 8 years must have been in full-time employment, including the last 2 consecutive years. Evidence of integration into wider society, a high level of English fluency and the ability to support themselves and their family. 8. Anyone in the UK on a visa who, after three years, cannot demonstrate a high degree of English fluency will not have their visa renewed. Will any party have the conviction to enact these measures? Without them, I see little hope for our nation. Clip from my chat with Nick Buckley MBE

Politicians have failed to keep Australians safe from terrorism and bad actors. The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) have over 18,000 people on their 'watch list' which has become physically impossible to monitor the imported hate that lurks in suburbs across our country. Enough is enough! One Nation wants these people gone. Our policy on immigration is very clear: • Deport 75,000 illegal migrants because Australia’s immigration laws must be enforced, not ignored. Visa overstayers, illegal workers, and unlawful non-residents undermine national security, drive down wages, and take advantage of public services meant for Australians. • Cut immigration by over 570,000 people from current Labor levels by capping visas at 130,000 per year to ease pressure on housing, wages, and infrastructure. • Stop the skilled visa rorting that allows cheap foreign labour to undercut Australian workers. • End the student visa loopholes that turn study into a backdoor to permanent residency or low-wage labour. • Stop the Administrative Review Tribunal being abused with endless, weaponised appeals that clog the system and delay rightful deportations. Immigration enforcement must not be held hostage by legal loopholes. • Reintroduce Temporary Protection Visas a proven, effective policy that prevents permanent residency through the back door and deters illegal arrivals. • Deport any visa holder who breaks the law. Weak law enforcement policies have put Australians in danger for too long. If you commit a crime, you lose your visa and the right to stay. • Introduce an eight-year waiting period for citizenship and welfare, ensuring new arrivals contribute before they take. • Refuse entry to migrants from nations known to foster extremist ideologies that are incompatible with Australian values and way of life. • Withdraw from the UN Refugee Convention because Australia will not be dictated to by foreign organisations when deciding who we accept into our nation on humanitarian grounds. Breaking News—USCIS has announced that, from now on, an alien (or foreigner) who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a green card for permanent residency must return to their home country to apply for it, except in "extraordinary circumstances." USCIS went on to say that nonimmigrants—like students, temporary workers, or people on tourist visas—come to the U.S. for a short time and for a specific purpose. And our system is designed for them to LEAVE when their visit is over. Their visit should not function as the first step in the green card process. USCIS further noted that requiring aliens to apply for adjustment of status from their home country "reduces the need to find and remove those who decide to slip into the shadows and remain in the U.S. illegally after being denied residency." My take on this? The Trump administration is trying to mitigate the disastrous effects of Democrat open-border policies that deliberately facilitated massive abuse of our immigration system and flooded the United States with millions of illegal aliens. But what about "dual intent" visas like the L-1 or H-1B, where it's OK if you intend to apply for a green card later? Are those affected by this new policy? Well, in its new memo, USCIS clearly states that maintaining lawful status in a dual-intent category " is not sufficient, on its own, to warrant a favorable exercise of discretion." That's a big change, in my view. Of course, it remains to be seen how this new "extraordinary circumstances" rule will be interpreted and administered in different types of adjustment of status cases, and there will be litigation about this, but in light of how many millions of illegal aliens we have living in the shadows already, I think it's a wise move. Foreigners and their allies denounce Canada – as they demand Canadian citizenship for visitors to Canada! 🇨🇦 Protesters apparently want all two million temporary foreign workers to receive permanent residency and eventually Canadian citizenship. Beautiful Brampton, Ont., was the scene for a small demonstration last Friday morning. Demonstrators were demanding that temporary foreign workers receive permanent residency and ultimately Canadian citizenship. Um, what part of “temporary” do they not understand? But never mind… The demonstration took place in the parking lot of a shopping plaza. It was organized by the Naujawan Support Network, CUPE Ontario, and the Migrant Workers Alliance. They teamed up to form something called the “United Immigrant Workers Front.” They apparently want all two million temporary foreign workers to receive permanent residency and eventually Canadian citizenship. Why? Great question. Alas, the vast majority of attendees refused to answer our queries. Such as: 1⃣ Why are you here today? 2⃣ What school did you go to (i.e., a legitimate university or a bogus diploma mill)? 3⃣ What skillset do you have? 4⃣ What gives you the right to think that you deserve Canadian citizenship? 5⃣ Why don’t you want to go back to India? 6⃣ Do you believe that “nobody is illegal on stolen land”? 7⃣ Do you think Canadians are being racist toward you if you are denied citizenship? (We presume the answer to that query is “yes” given some of the inflammatory sentiments expressed on the signage of the demonstrators.) And talk about a motely crew! The gruesome gathering included Indians who are presumably overstaying their welcome; Marxists; the Hamasholes; wannabe Antifa members; and perhaps the biggest demo in attendance: White. Liberal. Women. (We don’t get it either.) But talk about chutzpah! The demonstrators denounced Canada and Canadians while demanding to remain in Canada and become Canadian! And another thing: why in blue hell is the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) aiding and abetting foreigners who are refusing to abide by our immigration rules? Indeed, why would a union want immigrants flooding into the country, thereby lowering living standards for everyone in the process? Our guess: the brain trust at public sector unions like CUPE is now so leftist and so woke that they actually believe nonsense such as “nobody is illegal on stolen land” and that Canadians are all descended from colonialists who are inherently racist and hateful. Unbelievable. Coincidentally, on the day we attended the demonstration, the Globe and Mail had a headline reading: “Out of nowhere, Canada became poorer than Alabama. How is that possible?” Gee, maybe a decade’s worth of Liberal policies such as allowing mass migration into our Dominion has something to do with this dire situation? Put another way: how do you expect to win the war on poverty if you keep importing the world’s impoverished?
