Mandarin and then Cantonese are almost neck and neck for second most spoken language in GTA. Handy skill to have!

In fairness, Rob Ford THOUGHT he was answering a lot of his questions in Mandarin.

This is so cool FROM the DEI perspective. 👏 Accent biases against immigrants are real. We feel it all the time. I love this approach from mayor. We need to have more mayors with accents and multiple languages.🙏
