The most important fight of my life isn’t in the ring. I’m not fighting for a belt. I’m fighting for our health. Processed foods are killing us. We have been lied to and we need to eat real food again.

Often times people focus on trying to control the world around us. But, that’s beyond our control—we can only influence it. 🌎 What we can CONTROL is our thoughts and emotions, and if we can master those, we get the key ingredients for SUCCESS AND FUlFILLMENT. 🌟

Billy Donovan on the Bulls’ approach to mental health support in light of the Jaden Ivey cutting for homophobic comments amid some erratic videos on IG this week: "I think in this day and age, you have to be conscientious of all these guys may be going through things. And I'm not passing judgment on what Jaden is or is not going through. But I do worry about that, not only for Jaden, but for all of our players. Are we providing the resources, which I think we do, to help them in any way we can? I think if any player reached out and said I need some help in this, we could help them."

We are not abandoning the people of #Gaza. But we fail them every time we’re not able to get aid to those who need it. We need safety and security – for this, we need all hands on deck. My interview with UN News:

Former Liberal Finance Minister John Manley on the eve of the Carney budget "We're rich in natural resources. We've been very poor at getting those out of the ground and into foreign hands where we want to sell them in order to get the returns on them." "That's the quickest way for us to earn the kind of money that we need to make is to get those resources to markets." "And it means regulatory reforms and it means that we've got to have the Prime Minister and a cabinet and provincial premiers that are out there saying we can do this, we are going to do this." "We're going to strip down those inter provincial trade barriers once and for all." "We're going to build the infrastructure necessary in our ports, on our highways, our transportation systems, not just pipelines, but all of the other things that we need to do in order to get our goods into foreign hands."

More than a billion people are on the move, in search of safety, opportunity and dignity. We have to stay focused on what is in front of us. We must win the midterms. But we must also have a vision for when we are in power to address childcare, housing, and health care and make life more affordable.

🚨 “Utah is planning on taking water away from farmers and ranchers right now” “They are currently writing new legislation that is going to put new regulations on farmers and ranchers water use — We need your help. We need to save the farmers and ranchers” “The verbiage in the bill is that they are going to require them to use less water, water that has been already granted to them from generations past, or they're going to require them to use more water saving technologies. But who is going to pay for that? It sure as hell isn't going to be the legislators, it's not going to be the senators, it's not going to be the governor. It's going to be the taxpayers and the farmers and ranchers who are going to have to equip for this. So right now we need your help. We need you to call all of the state senators, we need to call all the city offices, we need to send as many emails as we possibly can. Leave the farmers out of this bill. There should be no reason that they're included in this whatsoever —- So if you guys can please make the calls, please send the emails. We need your help.” ‘The Utah farmers and ranchers truly need your help. We barely have enough water as it is to raise our crops to feed and grow our animals. If there is any more regulation, we will lose more and more and more of our family farms and ranches. They will not be able to survive this. This is just a stepping stone and if it happens in one place, it will continue to happen all across the nation please if you can share with your family and friends please leave your comments below. We need your help.”

The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare Ali Pate says the country can cater to its citizens’ health despite the US Agency for International Development (USAID)’s exit. "We may be a poor country, but we are a capable country, and we are determined to own up to that responsibility," he said. "If others step in and support us, we appreciate it, but we are not begging for it, and we also will live within what we have".

We all will have expectations about how life is supposed to be and how people are supposed to be. But we can’t control the way that others act or whether they meet your expectations. So when we hold on to those expectations and they’re not met we create pain. What we can control is how we respond. We can choose to let go of expectation and open ourselves to something new. 🌱❤️ #DateWithDestiny2025

"E+R=O . . . Event + Response = Outcome. Here's how simple, obvious and intuitive this is. What is the only piece of this equation that any of us have control over? All we control is our response. We are responsible for everything that is in our control. Our attitude. Our mindset. Our decisions. Our opinions. Our perspectives. Our feelings. Our emotions. We are responsible for 100% of it. We are also responsible for how we respond to everything we don't control. We are responsible for everything we do control. But we are also responsible for how we choose to respond to everything we don't control."

Thursday, the 28th November is Thanksgiving day in the U S A. Families will come together and celebrate the harvest and all the blessings of the year. It's also the time of year when people donate to charity and we wonder if any of our friends will remember the work that Ernestos does for the animals in war torn Syria? We have just had one of our worst months for fundraising, with the lowest donations we have seen for a long time. A little gift from our supporters means everything to our animals and to the lives of the 100s of animals we treat and help every day of the year. We want to continue to be there for them. To help as we have helped for the past 9 years. But first, we must make it through the winter months. Will you help us? We need fuel, we need food,we need medicines. But most of all, we need your kindness and your belief in what we do.

Experts are talking about a global mental health pandemic. They say in the next 15 to 25 years, there may be no family without at least one person who is mentally unhealthy. But we can reverse this because for the first time in the history of humanity, we have the necessary means and technologies to address every human being on the planet. If at such a time we do not transform humanity to do what is best for themselves and all other life, it simply means we do not have enough love in our heart. -Sg Miracle of Mind Official

Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles argues that Americans need to have more "compassion" for the homeless after homeless man, Decarlos Brown Jr., stabbed a woman in the throat. Lyles appeared to come out against arresting homeless maniacs, arguing that "we will never arrest our way out" of these issues. "We will never arrest our way out of issues such as homelessness and mental health..." Lyles said in her initial response after the brutal k*lling of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska. "I want to be clear that I am not villainizing those who struggle with their mental health or those who are unhoused." "Mental health disease is just that — a disease like any other that needs to be treated with the same compassion, diligence and commitment as cancer or heart disease..." "Also, those who are unhoused are more frequently the victims of crimes and not the perpetrators. Too many people who are on the street need a safe place to sleep and wrap-around services to lift them up." "We, as a community, must do better for those members of our community who need help and have no place to go." Total lunatic.

I think there is a mental health crisis and growing aggressive behavior among women, and it is being propagated by our failure to teach girls self-control when we are young. We are not teaching women consequences and accountability anymore, so we are relying on men to be the ones to control themselves. Everyone needs to be held accountable for their own actions, not just one gender.

This is an address to Ukrainian Allies and partners from the frontlines by Andrii Melnyk, a Ukrainian officer. In civilian life, he is a historian and a school principal in Kyiv. ‼️Friends, please listen and share. "There is probably no one in the world who would like to see the war end and peace come as much as the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian military. But we don't dream of peace at any cost, because then these three years will be in vain. We are fighting here not only for our land. We are fighting not only for our families. We are fighting not only for our state. The most important thing for us is values. Values pushed us to fight the enemy. The values of freedom, the desire to live in our own country, the values of being human beings, not slaves. Every day and every minute of this war, we have felt the support of the world, the support of Europe, the support of the West. And we want to say that we are grateful. We know this, but we ask you not to turn your back on us now, because we will not give up our freedom for nothing. We want normal, fair and just conditions of peace. We stand for peace, but for a just peace. We are for an honest peace. And we are ready for it."

AOC: "If our party can get to a place where everyone can buy into Medicare, I'm gonna take that too. We all need to take that step. And so there's that piece. We need to break up the monopolies that are happening in our health care insurance. The idea that a health insurance can own the PBM can own the drug manufacturer can now own the doctor's clinics. It is outrageous. We need to break them up. We need to take on corporate power. Politicians have to stop taking their money. And we need to also allow everyone to buy into Medicare, ah, and, and have that option to level the playing field for everybody. So, to me, you know, these are just where we can get started."
