Here’s my controversial opinion why you technically don’t need reps near failure for driving serious muscle hypertrophy This training style truly isn’t for everyone. It’s for the few that are obsessed with getting as big as humanly possible especially for those who have made the decision to stay natty. I have other traditional bodybuilding programs, let me know in the comments if you would like a structured program that uses a more foundational approach I’ll send you a free week. The low rep stuff is what I use, and I like to talk about it, but it’s not even close to the only program or training method I use for others. The people who say it takes too long have never tried this style of training The people who say it takes too long are wrongfully assuming you’re lifting weight that is so heavy you need 3-5 minutes between sets to recover. There are many ways to recruit high threshold motor units, and for hypertrophy doing 7-9 reps to build up fatigue so that the last 2-3 reps your body is forced to recruit these motor units might be the absolute worst way to recruit them The easiest way is to add more weight, then add the effort into the concentric phase of the reps. This way you don’t need reps near failure, and by not needing to train so close to failure, you’re able to repeat sets quicker. Some sets as soon as 30 seconds, some later or last top sets up to 2-3 minutes Regardless, when you use this method you are trading junk volume for meaningful reps. You’re also managing your time in the gym around this concept to cut out all the other exercises you normally have to do This is why people finish these sessions in 75 min or so. If you start a free week of a low rep set program just click the link in bio to start. When you do start, don’t look at just the numbers, the coaching notes are where the most value is when you start the session

‼️TURNING POINT USA EXPOSED: $20 MILLION “Field Program” Spent on FAKE Chapters That Don’t Even Exist 😱 Zee Cohen-Sanchez and Unfuck America Tour dropped part 1 of their documentary yesterday and the internet has exploded with receipts. Their new documentary reveals: ✅Field reps were given insane quotas — 40 new chapters per month ✅Kids were bribed with gift cards to become fake “president, vice president, and secretary” of clubs that never held a single event ✅A 30-something woman was able to create an official Club America / Turning Point chapter at Wilkes County Training School — a building that has been completely closed and vacant since 2011 ✅TPUSA still lists these ghost chapters as active. Meanwhile, in their own official tax filings, Turning Point claims they spent $20 MILLION on their “field program” and are active on over 3,300 high schools and college campuses. The obvious question everyone should be asking: Where the hell did the $20 million actually go? This isn’t a “student movement.” This is straight-up waste, fraud, and abuse being sold to donors. Are you going to keep trying to deny this is true? Tyler Bowyer Andrew Kolvet Blake Neff Erika Kirk The full documentary is out now. FOLLOW Zee Cohen-Sanchez and Unfuck America Tour, RT and watch the FULL video below. Before high carbohydrate fueling, I finished every race totally wrecked. Even in my best races, I’d cross the finish line desperate to stop. As an athlete, I had no idea how anyone could go farther than 50k. With high carb, I had a new realization: what I thought was an endurance limitation was just a fueling limitation. 100 milers feel easier than some trail 30ks I used to do. But knowing the science of high carb and actually slurping down tons of gels in a race setting are two different things. Episode 10 is all about a practice race at the Cheyenne Mountain 50k where the main goal was to get over 125 grams of carbs per hour (500+ calories) in an urgent, high-performance setting (I got to 135 grams per hour, which was a prelude to 150 grams per hour at my 50 miler 2 weeks later). It’s a super fun video by amazing director Cody Bare and presented by The Feed 🧡 Watch here and subscribe: What does high carb look like for everyone? It doesn’t have to be complicated! When you are pushing harder, start with a 40 gram of carb gel every 30 min plus electrolyte drink for hydration, dialed into your sweat needs. I think that anyone can learn to take a 40 gram gel every 30 min, and that alone will do more for endurance performance than almost every training intervention (except easy running and strides, of course 😂). You deserve high carb. In hard events, it improves adaptation AND health outcomes. Don’t listen to anyone preaching to you about health risks or fat adaptation like it’s 2010. The science has moved past that. Fuel the work you are doing. I just wish I could go back to 2010 and show my younger self this video of the end of a 50k. Oh how different the next 13 years could have been! That’s why I come to you with this message now: Give yourself the gift of higher carb, and higher carb will give you the gift of exploring new horizons. Carbs are for everyone 🧡💚💜

If you want to meaningfully impact aging in America, start with obesity—few things erode longevity and quality of life as profoundly, accelerating the biological aging process and fueling nearly every major chronic disease. Obesity alone is linked to 13 types of cancer and cuts life expectancy by 3–10 years, depending on severity. It promotes DNA damage and accelerates our fundamental aging process—often measured by epigenetic age. It’s one of the principal differences between the U.S. and many of the world’s longest-lived nations. We’re overfed but undernourished. 60% of all calories Americans consume come from ultra-processed foods that: • Fail to induce proper satiety, pushing us to overeat. • Remain cheaper than whole foods, economically incentivizing the least healthy choices. • Hijack our dopamine reward pathways, reinforcing addictive eating behaviors. This trifecta—no satiety, low cost, and built-in addictiveness—keeps us in a cycle of poor health outcomes and runaway healthcare costs. But caloric excess is only part of the problem—we are also nutrient-deficient. Low omega-3 levels—affecting 80 to 90% of Americans—carry the same mortality risk as smoking. Vitamin D deficiency—easily corrected—compromises immune function, cognition, and longevity. Nearly half of Americans don't get enough magnesium—impairing DNA repair and increasing the risk of cancer. We are not solving these problems—we are medicating them. The average American over 65 takes five or more prescription drugs daily—stacking interactions that compound in unpredictable ways. We must start treating physical inactivity as a disease. It carries the same mortality risk as smoking, heart disease, and diabetes. Going from a low cardiorespiratory fitness to a low normal adds 2.1 years to life expectancy. By age 50, many Americans have already lost 10% of their peak muscle mass. By 70, many have lost up to 40%. This isn’t just about looking strong. It’s about survival. • Higher muscle mass means improved insulin sensitivity - it means a 30% lower mortality risk. • Grip strength is a stronger predictor of cardiovascular mortality - the number one cause of death in the United States - than high blood pressure. • The strongest middle-aged adults have a 42% lower dementia risk. And yet, we treat resistance training as optional. It is not. It is the most powerful intervention we have against aging including increasing muscle mass, strength and bone density. Hip fractures alone kill 20–60% of older adults within a year. This is a death sentence we can prevent with resistance training - which has been shown to lower fracture risk by 30-40%. The current RDA for protein is too low for older adults. Studies have shown when it's increased by half this reduces frailty by 32%, while doubling it, combined with resistance training, increases muscle mass by 27% and strength by 10% more than training alone. If we want to prevent muscle loss and frailty, we must update our protein recommendations and prioritize strength training. We must foster a culture of American exceptionalism built on daily, effortful exercise. Not as an afterthought. Not as a luxury. But as a non-negotiable foundation for aging, but also clear thinking, resilience, and even leadership. The body and brain are not separate. The consequences of poorly regulated blood sugar, sedentary living, and muscle loss are not just physical—they affect cognition, judgment, and resilience. We cannot medicate our way out of what we have behaved our way into. Grateful for the chance to share my voice at the Senate Aging Committee (Senate Aging Committee). A special thank you to Senator Rick Scott (Rick Scott) for making this opportunity possible.

FORGET MY PREVIOUS POST, LET ME BLOW YOUR MINDS! 🤯NEW METHOD! AI 2D SPRITES ARE SOLVED. PERIOD. Day 50 of building a webGL game engine using Cursor 🔽🔽🔽 I was wrong. The previous system had flaws. It wasn't the best. If you use it on VFX heavy sprites, it would start falling apart - either via grain/artifacts, or displacement. But I just couldn't give up. I knew I needed something more. This was the limit the models could give me. So I consulted science: Zheng et al., "Bilateral Reference for High-Resolution Dichotomous Image Segmentation" (CAAI AIR 2024, arXiv:2401.03407) - BiRefNet If any of the brilliant minds who wrote this paper read this post, I'm extremely thankful for your research. It made me solve a really big problem with 2D sprites, and I'm extremely grateful! Thank you! Please reach out if you see this! Now, how does this solution work: 1⃣ Generate your Kling animation (still king for anime 2D style). 2⃣ Run BiRefNet (HR-matting variant rocks) → get solid character alpha. 3⃣ Compute simple brightness/luminance alpha (luma → alpha curve, easy in any tool). 4⃣ Final alpha = max(BiRefNet_alpha, brightness_alpha) — that's it. No fancy weights needed. 5⃣ Feed to your engine / Comfy / whatever. Dynamic lights now play nice with zero artifacts. Mind you, this solution requires an nVidia GPU to run local inference. Alternatively, you can get it done on Colab likely with the free tier! You can try CPU, but no guarantees. Try a lighter model like BiRefNet_lite-2K. Demo is purposely in 30 fps even though I wouldn't run an anime 2D game above 12 fps - for both style and performance. Just wanted to show you the absolute results. Please bookmark this! ☑️ If you love 2D and sprite work, this is truly the best way, the best method I could find. Use it, steal it. Enjoy it! Repost if it saves your workflows too! I think I need a break... almost 40 hours straight solving this. Next are dynamic shadows, and I'm not looking forward to that...

Dr. Kelly Starrett has a simple philosophy. We should train to live, not live to train. He's helped athletes, teams, and everyday people build bodies that can handle the real demands of life. In this episode, Kelly (Kelly Starrett) breaks down how to think about pain, mobility, warmups, breathwork, recovery, and movement in a way that is practical, durable, and built for real life. We even get into youth sports—why so many kids burn out, why sleep and fueling are foundational for young athletes, why early specialization can backfire, and why play, broad movement skills, and better coaching may be the missing pieces in developing healthy, durable kids. If you want a more practical framework for lifelong performance, this is an episode you do not want to miss. Links to the episode on all platforms in the comments below. 4 mistakes I avoided that helped me build this natural physique. Building an impressive natural physique is hard. But if you make these 4 mistakes, you’re making it unnecessarily harder. 1. Cutting too early If you’re only 1–2 years into training, stop thinking about getting shredded. Your first few years should be heavily focused on building muscle. Because when you eventually get lean, you need enough muscle underneath the fat to actually look like a bodybuilder. Otherwise, you’re not going to look “shredded.” You’re just going to look like a skinny guy with abs. Build the muscle first. Then reveal it. 2. Starting your deficit too aggressively The biggest mistake I see is people immediately slashing calories. Don’t. Start with the smallest deficit that produces a measurable response. Give your body time to respond. If fat loss slows or stalls, then intervene. You don’t need to go from maintenance straight into starvation mode just because you’re impatient. 3. Treating 1.6 g/kg of protein as a universal rule 1.6 g/kg can be perfectly adequate in many situations. But it isn’t a magic ceiling. As you become leaner and the deficit becomes more aggressive, I prefer to progressively increase protein to improve the odds of retaining maximum lean mass. In some of my deeper cuts, I go as high as ~3 g/kg. And I never stop training hard. Because during a deficit, your primary objective isn't to build as much muscle as possible. It is to retain as much of the muscle you worked so hard to build. Protein and resistance training are your insurance policy. If calories need to come down further, I would rather make those reductions predominantly from carbohydrates and fats while keeping dietary fat at a sensible minimum. 4. Thinking “I need to eat less” before thinking “Can I move more?” This is probably the biggest one. Before dropping calories again, ask: Can I increase my steps? Can I add some cardio? Can I improve my sleep and recovery? Can I increase energy expenditure without unnecessarily reducing food? There is more than one way to create an energy deficit. Calories are a tool. They shouldn't always be your first lever. Avoid these four mistakes and your chances of building an impressive natural physique go up dramatically. Build the muscle. Cut strategically. Protect the muscle. And don't confuse suffering with progress. Want to build muscle at 30, 35, 40, 50+? DM me. I’ll help you build it strategically.

FIRE CHRIS! Conservative MP betrays voters, crosses floor to Liberals You know what’s worse than a bad MP? A bad MP who uses your votes, your time, and your money to get elected — then sells you out to save his own job. That’s exactly what Chris d’Entremont just did. Five months after squeaking through a tight race — on the backs of Conservative volunteers and donors — Chris d’Entremont crossed the floor to join Mark Carney’s Liberals. And he did it on budget day, as the government dropped a record-breaking $78 billion deficit on Canadians. One that is worse than the budget that Chrystia Freeland refused to deliver, and caused Justin Trudeau to resign and Carney to take over because he was going to a better fiscal caretaker. You can’t make this up. Go to to help us send him a message and empower the people he betrayed, through a multifaceted campaign to get him to resign in shame. Remember what we did to MP Ya'ara Saks after she cuddled up to terror tyrant Mahmood Abbas? Now, 40 days ago — 40 days — Chris d’Entremont was warning in Parliament that Canadians were hurting under Mark Carney’s government and that another massive Liberal deficit would make things worse. Forty days ago, he sounded like a fiscal conservative. Today, he’s cheering on the very people he said were bankrupting the country. And just a few months back, he was online praising Pierre Poilievre — telling voters that Poilievre was the one to fix what the Liberals broke. Now he’s sitting beside them. So, what changed? Not the Liberals. Not the deficit. Not the suffering in his riding. What changed was Chris d’Entremont’s job prospects. He lost his bid to become Deputy Speaker to Conservative MP Tom Kmiec, and apparently that bruised his ego so badly he started shopping for a softer landing. And if you think that’s speculation, listen to this: Former Conservative MP Rick Perkins said that just last weekend, d’Entremont told him: “If an election is held now, I will lose my seat. I might as well not run.” Perkins added, “Make no mistake. There is nothing in his floor crossing about principles. It was about keeping his job.” There it is. Straight from a colleague. Let’s put the pieces together: - He lost the Deputy Speaker race. - He thought he couldn’t win re-election. - And he crossed the floor on budget day, joining the Liberals to protect himself and his pension. Then, for good measure, he handed in a resignation letter dated November 4, 2005, misspelled the whip’s name, and locked his X account to hide months of posts supporting the Conservatives. This isn’t about representation. It’s about self-preservation. He saw the writing on the wall and switched jerseys before the voters could send him packing. That’s not leadership — that’s cowardice. And here’s the problem: If we don’t hammer this kind of betrayal now, it becomes normal. If floor-crossers can waltz across the aisle, lock their accounts, and cash a pension — every MP with hurt feelings or wounded ambition will start looking for their own escape hatch. That’s why we built It’s a message to every politician in Ottawa: if you betray your voters, there will be consequences. We’re funding mailers, robocalls, billboards, and a petition demanding a byelection — not just to fire Chris d’Entremont, but to make sure the next one thinking about doing it knows exactly what happens when you sell out your supporters. If you switch sides after an election, you should face the voters again. No free pass. No safe landing. No pension without permission. To the volunteers who stood in the cold, to the donors who believed in him, to the voters who feel duped — you deserve better than this. And to Chris d’Entremont — you can lock your account, but you can’t hide from the people you betrayed. Go to right now. Sign the petition. Donate what you can. Share it everywhere. Because if we let one MP get away with selling out his voters to save his job, we won’t have a democracy left — just a job fair for politicians. No free passes. No safe landings. Face the voters — REPORT by Sheila Gunn Reid:

14-minute course record at the Quad Rock 50 Mile, “no secrets” style: -150 grams of carbs per hour. I took a SiS Beta Fuel gel at :20 and :40, followed by an Enervit caffeine gel at 1:00. High carb has revolutionized all endurance sports. I think that the Western States podium will require breaking 14:05, and everyone who has a shot at it will be slurping carb totals that would have been unthinkable 5 years ago -600 mg caffeine. I become a good technical runner when I have enough caffeine to launch a rhino to space -1 liter of fluid per hour, with 1 Precision 1000 tab and 3/4 scoop of Skratch per 0.5 liter bottle, totaling 30 g of carbs and 1500 mg sodium each hour. I am cursed with an astronomical sweat rate, and dialing in my needs with testing has unlocked the endurance of this cramp boy. The hydration revolution and the fueling revolution are intertwined -Bicarb 12. Pre-race sodium bicarbonate serving at 3:45 AM before 5:30 AM start. 5 years from now, the science will catch up to the practice of bicarb driving ultra-distance performances too -100% heat adapted. I think my biggest change this year has been using the Core 2 heat sensor. Even though it was hot, I was cold all day and I never experienced any heat stress. High carb now has full adoption. I am hoping I can be one year ahead of the game with heat (and I realize that by saying this, I am losing some of my advantage. But that’s the point of “no secrets” 🙏) -145 average heart rate for 7:06. That’s in the middle of my Z2, the same way I’ll race 100 milers. Arm band HR is a tech breakthrough -1 sore knee post-race. Scared money don’t make money, but I need to be safe now. I will be ready if I’m healthy and happy -20,000 “I love you” and “You’re amazing” cheers. It’s so special to be in this community and to share this silly sport with everyone 🧡 -6 weeks, 6 days. The amount of time until the Western States moonshot 🚀 Real talk: I’m a coach, and this whole year feels like a lucky mistake. Anything I do as an athlete will be dust in the wind. I just hope to help give the next generation of athletes the tools to put anything I do to shame. Here’s to exploring the limits, together 🙏

🚨Jeffrey Sachs: The War on Russia & Iran Is Breaking the West ‼️Sorry, boys, but China is matchingyou and advancing you in most areas and doing it open source and undercutting you. ⚠️⚡️Very serious retrenchment that could come in a long period of stock market decline or it could come in a crash, depending. 📑Nothing, zero, that the Trump administration is doing has any positive bearing on any of that reality for the majority of Americans. That's number one. Second, fiscal policy. We have been in the era of tax cuts since the 1980s. Ronald Reagan, this is going back a long time ago, 46 years ago, showed that it was politically successful to promise tax cuts. Since that time, both parties have basically been on a tax cut binge, and this has led to a U.S. debt, which is now $40 trillion, is now we which is now $40 trillion, is now well above 100% of GDP. The part of that that's publicly owned rather than intragovernmental is at about 100% of GDP. And the interest costs are rising because interest rates are rising. Third reality, the rest of the world understands this. So they are diversifying out of the US dollar and out of dollar foreign exchange reserves. Our interest rates are rising. Our 30-year bond rates, which have reached about 5.3 percentage points, is now at a high for the last 20 years. And those interest rates will continue to rise. Final point, the stock market has soared in the last 10 years, basically on the AI valuations, the so-called Magnificent Seven. The U.S. stock market valuation is a ... The U.S. stock market valuation is around 240% of US GDP. That's not impossible if the US were to have super fast future growth and huge profits and all the rest. But it is historically completely out of line with any kind of historical norm. To my mind, it adds up to a mega financial bubble. I add one more point. This massive AI valuation, which is like the dot-com bubble that we had before and other bubbles that we had before, is not only so out of line with historical norms, but is predicated on the idea that it's America's Magnificent Seven that will rule the world. Whereas I was just in China two weeks ago. Sorry, boys, Sorry, boys, but China is matching you and advancing you in most areas and doing it open source and undercutting you. And there was a story yesterday about how Anthropic with its excellent version five models can't get customers now because they're turning to free open weight Chinese models. So all of this, Glenn, to my mind, points to a massive financial revaluation sometime in the next few years. A very serious one, a very serious retrenchment that could come in a long period of stock market decline or it could come in a crash, depending. But I think one of the things that Trump has done is to stoke the bubble. He's basically a bubble maker. He's a showman. He wants the whole government apparatus to raise financial wealth. That's his metric. He wants the Fed to do that. He wants Bessent to do that by these bizarre Treasury interventions in the bond market. And he wants to do that through his showmanship and his bravado. And I think a lot of the bravado that we run the world is basically the bravado to underpin a financial bubble. And as that bravado increasingly is met with derision in the rest of the world, the United States is setting itself up for a massive financial reversal. And it won't be pretty. You know, I'm a monetary economist. That's my training and my practice for 46 years. That claim is absurd because there's nothing that keeps the world stuck to the dollar. And that's increasingly true because the technology, the means of alternative payment systems, the actual implementation of alternative payment systems like the Chinese interbank payment system, the SIPS, absolutely mean that what Bessent says is preposterous. And so that's just another point of they're talking, they're talking their bubble and the bubble's going to burst.

Andrej Karpathy: "90% of Claude's mistakes come from missing context, not a weak model." 41% mistake rate without a CLAUDE.md. 11% with the 4-rule baseline. 3% with the 12-rule version below here are the 12 rules senior engineers settled on: 1. think before coding: state assumptions, don't guess. the model can't read your mind, stop hoping it will 2. simplicity first: minimum code, no speculative abstractions. the moment you let Claude add "for future flexibility," you've added 200 lines you'll delete next quarter 3. surgical changes: touch only what you must. don't let it improve adjacent code, that's how PRs blow up 4. goal-driven execution: define success criteria upfront, loop until verified. without them Claude either loops forever or stops too early 5. use the model only for judgment calls: classification, drafting, summarization, extraction. I’ve spent 2 hours combing through over 160 charts. Here are 40 stock charts you need to watch in the next 5 days! The market is still consolidating, but the tone shifted a bit last week. SPX failed to break out and closed near the weekly lows. QQQ and semiconductors weakened. Software is trying to stabilize, while earnings from names like $TSLA, $GOOGL, $IBM, and $INTC will likely determine where we go next. Here’s the watchlist and recording (audio cuts out after 20 min): $SPX: SPX attempted to break above both the weekly high and the upper trend line but couldn’t hold it. Buyers ran out of momentum and sellers stepped in, leaving us with a weekly close near the lows. While that’s a short-term negative, the bigger trend hasn’t broken. We’re still trading inside a two-month triangle after a strong advance. 7400 remains the key level I’m watching. Lose that and 7235 becomes a realistic target. Recover 7500 and the 50-day moving average, and I’d start looking for another push higher. $QQQ: Tech had one of the weaker weeks. QQQ is now below the 9, 20 and 50-day moving averages, and those averages are beginning to roll over, which is an early warning sign that momentum is fading. I’d keep a close eye on 685. If that level fails, the next meaningful support doesn’t come in until around 640. $IWM: Small caps continue holding above the 50-day moving average, which is constructive relative to QQQ, but the chart is still trapped inside a broad range. Until we reclaim 300, I don’t see a high-conviction setup here. $IGV: Software has cooled off after being one of the stronger groups a few weeks ago. The ETF remains below the 200-day moving average and continues to struggle there. Some individual software names still look attractive, but I’d like to see IGV reclaim 95-96 before becoming more aggressive. $SMH: Semiconductors spent another week under pressure but did manage to defend the 555 area on Friday. This group is sitting at a very important inflection point. If buyers can build on Friday’s bounce, we could start seeing leadership return. If not, this pullback could continue. $BTC: Bitcoin continues drifting sideways without much conviction. It’s holding the 58K-60K region, but there’s still no catalyst or technical confirmation suggesting buyers are ready to take control. For now, it’s simply range-bound. $AAPL: Apple continues to be one of the strongest charts in the market. Three straight weekly gains have brought it right back to all-time highs after fully recovering from the post-WWDC weakness. It has quietly become one of the market leaders again. Above 335, I’d look for continuation toward 350-360. $MSFT: Microsoft briefly reclaimed the 50-day moving average before giving it back. The chart isn’t broken, but it hasn’t shown the same relative strength as Apple or Meta. 400 remains the level I’d like to see recovered before getting more constructive. $GOOGL: Google remains below its key moving averages after the Gemini-related headlines earlier in the week. Friday was a better session relative to the market, but the chart still needs time to repair itself before offering a clean long setup. $META: Buyers stepped in exactly where they needed to, defending both the 200-day moving average and prior support. That reversal keeps the chart constructive despite the recent volatility. Above 650-652, I think Meta has a good chance of working back toward the highs. $TSLA: Tesla continues to be one of the weaker mega caps heading into earnings. The price action has been choppy, momentum is fading, and the chart lacks a clear trend. Below 368 could accelerate another leg lower. For now, I’d rather wait for earnings than force a trade. $AMZN: Amazon briefly reclaimed the 50-day moving average before giving the move back. It’s another chart that’s trying to stabilize but hasn’t earned my confidence yet. A sustained move back above the 50-day would improve the outlook. $NFLX: Netflix sold off after earnings and is now sitting at an important long-term support area around 70. That’s the level that matters. If buyers can reclaim 70, and especially 75-76, this quickly turns into an attractive failed-breakdown setup with room to recover. $NVDA: Friday looked ugly initially, but buyers defended both the psychological 200 level and the 200-day moving average. That’s exactly where you want institutions stepping in. Above 207, I’d look for a move toward 214-215, and only above there does a run back toward the highs become realistic. $BROS: Quietly building one of the cleaner bull flags on my watchlist. Friday’s strength was encouraging, and above 70 I think this one has room for another continuation move. $BE: After an incredible run, BE has finally started pulling back into support. This isn’t a chart I’d chase, but it’s one I’d monitor closely. If buyers defend 195, it could become another attractive continuation setup. $USO: Energy benefited from renewed geopolitical headlines and has started improving technically. A move above 125.85, along with reclaiming the 50-day moving average, would strengthen the bullish case. $NBIS: One of those AI names that can reverse very quickly once buyers return. Friday’s recovery was encouraging after several weak sessions. It remains firmly on my watchlist. $NET: Software hasn’t completely fallen apart, and NET continues to be one of the stronger names in the group. I’m watching 280-282 closely. If software finds its footing again, this is one of the first names I’d expect to move. $PANW: PANW continues holding up well despite broader market weakness and has respected support remarkably well. Earnings aren’t until August, leaving plenty of room for institutions to accumulate. Above 368, I’d expect momentum to build toward 400. $DELL: Dell continues holding its post-earnings gap extremely well despite weakness across AI infrastructure. That tells me institutions still want exposure. Above 410 would likely restart the uptrend. $LLY: Healthcare remains one of the stronger areas of the market, and Lilly continues showing leadership. Above 1200, I’d expect another leg higher as buyers continue rotating into defensive growth. $CRWD: CrowdStrike has done a great job holding above 200 despite the broader volatility. That’s constructive. Above 210, I’d look for buyers to regain momentum. $BAC: Earnings are behind it, removing one layer of uncertainty. As long as 60 holds, I think another breakout attempt remains very possible. $MU: Memory continues weakening after an exceptional run. Momentum has clearly faded. Below 800, I’d expect another wave of selling before buyers become interested again. $AMD: Despite the recent pullback in semiconductors, AMD continues to hold up better than many peers. The 500 area becomes an important decision point early in the week. $V: Visa printed an inside day after a healthy advance. Those often resolve with expansion. Watching 365 closely. $MA: Very similar setup to Visa. Healthy consolidation after a strong move higher. Worth watching if financials regain momentum. $SNDK: After an incredible run, the correction has been significant. The chart still needs time, but 1275-1300 becomes an important area to watch for signs that sellers are finally exhausting themselves. $ALAB: Another AI leader that’s finally cooling off after months of strength. Nothing wrong with the longer-term story, but technically it needs more time before becoming attractive again. $SPCX: SpaceX continues trading below its IPO price and has steadily deteriorated technically. August earnings become the next meaningful catalyst. Until then, I’d rather let the chart prove itself. $HOOD: Robinhood has now lost both 100 and the 200-day moving average. That’s meaningful technical damage. I’d wait for buyers to reclaim those levels before becoming interested again. $ISRG: One of the cleaner downside setups on my list. A break below Friday’s low around 345 could trigger another leg lower. Overall theme: Last week’s failed breakout shifted the short-term tone more cautious, but the bigger picture hasn’t changed. SPX remains inside a two-month consolidation, and earnings will likely determine whether we finally resolve higher or break lower. Semiconductors are trying to stabilize after a difficult stretch, software is mixed, and Wednesday becomes the biggest day of earnings season so far with reports from $TSLA, $GOOGL, $IBM, and $NOW, followed by $INTC on Thursday. $AAPL, $NVDA, $META, $PANW, $NET, $LLY, and $BROS are some of my favorite charts going into next week. If you like this, then like ❤️ it.

$AMD is easily a $1,200 stock IMO| CPUs TAM 🧵 Not Financial Advice! DYOR! In this thread, I want to discuss the actual TAM for CPUs data center for just 2026, where many are giving different ranges, where I don't agree with. I will explain in detail why I disagree with these research firms and financial analysts using Math. And this thread should not be treated as Financial Advice. I'm just explaining my research and thought process so we can have a discussion. In 2024/2025, I gave out $620 PT for FY2026 was too conservative for AMD potential. At the time, It was early and many were just laughing, that PT was unrealistic and the AI world is run on GPUs only. Today, most of these folks are laughing with me. That is ok, I dont offer financial advice, and I do not need everyone to agree with me. I respect other opinions. If you enjoy this kind of thread, slap the like/repost/bookmark. If you want to support my work further and gain more in-depth analysis, consider subscribe! In early 2026, hyperscalers, enterprises, and OEMs are scrambling as Intel and AMD server CPUs are largely sold out for the year, with prices jumping 10–20% and lead times stretching from weeks to months (or longer for certain SKUs). What was once a GPU dominated story has flipped: the shift to explosive Agentic AI with its multi-step reasoning loops, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, real-time data movement, and reinforcement learning, is dramatically tightening CPU:GPU ratios from the old training-era 1:4–8 all the way to 1:1 to 5:1 or even CPU-heavy configurations. CEOs across NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and public companies have been sounding the alarm on CNBC, Bloomberg, and earnings calls. CPUs are “cool again,” and in many agentic deployments they are becoming the new bottleneck alongside (or even ahead of) GPUs and custom ASICs. In 2025, roughly 12-15m AI GPUs + AI ASICs GPUs shipped, and is expect to be 15-20m units by 2026, where it suggesting Training demand is not going away. The actual TAM is structural, multiplicative demand that has already forced AMD to double its long-term server CPU TAM forecast to >$120 billion by 2030 (>35% CAGR), with Dr. Lisa Su noting Q2 2026 server CPU sales expected to surge 70%+ year-over-year and demand “far exceeding expectations.” At the same time, AMD’s secured 30–40% share of TSMC’s initial 2nm capacity (behind only Apple’s >50%) positions it to ramp Zen 6-based EPYC Venice exactly when this agentic wave hits hardest but even that aggressive five-fab 2nm expansion (with plans scaling toward 11 total advanced facilities) cannot instantly close the gap in the near-term. Supply constraints on wafers, advanced packaging, and power are compounding the squeeze, just as hyperscalers forward-buy and lock in long-term deals. 1. The actual potential TAM Various sources and institutions are giving $50-$160-$200B CPUs TAM toward 2030, and i disagree, where supply is severely behind vs Demand by at least 2-3 years or even longer by some estimates. The actual TAM will probably be 15-20m for FY2026. The typical average selling price from low to high end is $5,000 to $15,000, but due to rising memory, and different inflationary pressures on Semi, it would be more logical to think between $7,000-17,000. A. CPU:GPU Ratio at 1:1 A basic calucation at mid range =12,000 x 15-20m CPUs= $180-$240B TAM B. CPU:GPU Ratio at 5:1 = $12,000 x 75m-100m CPUs= $900B-$1.2T TAM Of course TSMC cannot even supply 20% of this massive inflection TAM in 2026. But do we think of Demand for TAM or Supply for TAM? Hence we are seeing massive 2nm Ramp from TSMC for $AMD. IMO, conservatively, I would take down 15-20% on 1:1 or $135-$192B TAM for just 2026. Im not even talking about 2030. We are just months into this, it is impossible to estimate Cagr atm, but this is 1-5 agents running tasks, I wrote a thread on 24/7 autonomous agents thread, where companies could use 50-250 agents to run tasks for them 24/7. It would require a different structural CPU:GPU to bring down the cost of token as well as handling the Orchestration bottleneck. GPUs would be useless and sit idle waiting for CPU due to highly CPU-intensive nature. The cost per Million tokens must come down more rapidly for this 50-250 autonomous agents to work, otherwise the token cost would be too enormous. Helios Rack is estimated to bring inference cost down to $0.0003-$0.0005/M tokens with 18 EPYC Venices along with 72 MI455x and other chips+ Components. A heavier or CPUs dense rack would bring down inference cost further. EPYC Verano(2027 gen 7 AI-optimized) is expected to drive inference costs meaningfully lower than the Venice baseline likely to the $0.00002–$0.00025 per million tokens range (or even sub-$0.00015 in highly optimized agentic/batch workloads). Verano have higher core counts than Venice, LPDDR5X SOCAMM2 memory support, more AI optimized and Next-Gen rack density & efficiency. 2. $AMD secured at least 30-40% of TSMC 2nm capacity and Memory from Samsung through 2028-2030. 2 2nm fabs are entering ramping phase toward 60-65k wafers per months and 5 dedicated 2nm fabs entering mass production/ramp in 2026. Will link sub threads below if you are interest for full detail. Apple is reported to secure 50%+ 2nm capacity for Iphone 18 and Mac chips and AMD secured at least 30-40% capacity while $NVDA $AVGO $ARM $AMZN $GOOGL and others are on 3nm. This broader aggressive ramp from TSMC to target up to 11 fabs is to address $AMD massive growth ahead. Where $ARM is facing massive CPUs supply constraints as they have to compete with other Mega Cap players on 3nm allocation. And $INTC is also facing supply constraints for data center CPUs and PC per management with lead times extrended to longer than 12 weeks. Dr. Su is aiming for higher than 50%+ Market share, and I believe it is achievable in 2026 or 2027 as AMD has the strongest CPUs offerings. Dr. Su did not want to take advantage of the shortage and she said during the Q1 earning call, AMD is prioritizing Units shipped while guiding margin to be inching 60%. If Jensen were in charge, I'm sure margin would be 70-75% in this kind of severe CPUs shortage condition. But that is not how Dr. Su operates for more than a decade. She wants most market share. So we will see it in revenue growth, but as TSMC ramps faster and faster, AMD Operating and FCF margin will massively improve vs prior decade. A significantly higher margin profile than before. 3. How I came up with $1,200 withint 12-18 months? At $1,200/ share, that would be around $2 Trillion MC. I expect FY2027 revenue to be $124-$144B where data center revenue dominates overall revenue. AI GPUs: I will stick to the lowest end so show u that I'm conservative at $18B for each GW vs $NVDA Rubin is $30B+ (most likely Helios Rack in the $20B+ due to memory price rising). We know deals with OpenAI and Meta are around 12GW and additional multi-customers at multi-GW scale were hinted and will be revealed as we get to July 22-23 2026 Advancing AI event. For now I will conservatively add a bit more to this model. (3-6GW Helios Rack Range) EPYC Venice is reported to be in $15,000-$20,000. However large customers will likely to enjoy $10-$12k discount. I expect AMD to be able to ramp 7m EPYC Venice for entire 2026 and 3-4m of EPYC Verano(higher price than Venice). If we take an average selling price of $10,000 to be on the conservative side. Take down another 30% to be even more conservative on projection. I like to be conservative. That would be ~ 7m EPYC CPUs(Venice + Verano) for FY2027 or 583,000 units per month or 15,000 additional 2nm wafers per month which is completely reasonable for current TSMC Ramp, and I may be too conservative here. EPYC Verano and MI500 series will also be on 2nm. AI GPUs: 3GW x $18B= $54B EPYC CPUs: $10k x 7m CPUs= $70B = Data center revenue alone is $124B Other segments= probably in the $20-$25B FY 2027. FY2027 revenue = $124-$149B At 7m EPYC CPUs for entire 2027, that would be more than 50% market share when we comp it to availability from supply side, not from total Demand. It is possible that TSMC could significantly ramp even more capacity in 2027, so we will see. Metric Q1 2026 FY2027 Gross Margin 55-56% 60-62% Operating Margin 25-26% 32-35% Net Income Margin ~22% 26-30% FCF Margin 25% 28-30% At $124-$149B Revenue FY 2027 Net Income would be $32-$44B EPS would be $20-$27 (GAAP) Non-GAAP would be $25-$31 At $1,200 a share or $2T valuation that would be: 13.4-16x Price to Sales (P/S) 38-48 P/E At this kind of growth of AI SuperCycle, I think it is very reasonable valuation. If we use today at $406/share or $661B MC: 2027 P/S = 4.4x-5.3x 2027 P/E = 13x-16x Is AMD today expensive or cheap to you? Above is already a very conservative where I trimmed 20-30% of doable units. Meaning, there could be upside if TSMC is able to ramp meaningfully like they are planning. Conclusion: A $1,200 per share valuation IMO for AMD in FY2027 is not expensive at all; it is, in fact, conservative when viewed against the structural explosion in agentic AI demand we have mapped out. With server CPU TAM potentially scaling into the $100–$200B+ range in just CPU:GPU 1:1 Ratio for just 2026. AMD positioned to capture 50%+ share thanks to its 2nm TSMC allocation advantage and full-stack leadership, the company could realistically deliver $124–149B in total revenue and $25–$31+ non-GAAP EPS. At those levels, $1,200 implies a 2027 P/E = 13x-16x. Entirely reasonable for a company that will have become the clear Inference Queen (and in many workloads the preferred) AI infrastructure provider, with operating margins expanding above 30% and tens of billions in high-margin rack-scale AI revenue. Dr. Lisa Su was right presciently so about the Agentic AI inflection all the way back to her early 2022–2023 commentary on the coming shift from pure training to inference and orchestration-heavy workloads. While the broader market only fully woke up to this in 2026 when she doubled AMD’s long-term server CPU TAM forecast to >$120B by 2030 (with >35% CAGR), Dr. Su and her team have consistently positioned the company at the center of the CPU renaissance. The explosive demand we are seeing today, sold-out lines, rising ASPs, and hyperscalers forward-buying entire gigawatts of Helios-class systems is exactly the outcome she forecasted years ago. Not Financial Advice! DYOR!

here's what most app founders don't tell you about scaling your app on tiktok here's the actual playbook, not the generic level "just post consistently" advice: accounts use personal/creator accounts, not business. business locks you out of trending sounds entirely, you get stuck with a library of 40 generic royalty-free tracks nobody's ear recognizes as "tiktok sound," and sound is half the algo's read on your content don't buy an aged account unless you can post from the exact location it was created in. mismatch the vpn/location and you'll watch views crater to single digits within days, tiktok resets your trust score fast pick one avatar, one template, one visual style. lock it in for at least 15-20 posts before you touch it. switching every few videos tells the algo you're a different account every time, you never build a consistent signal views aren't what you think they are 30-200 views is not a shadowban. shadowbanned means 0 views, full stop, nothing gets pushed. 30-200 means the hook, pacing, or format just isn't landing yet "i copied that viral video frame for frame" — you didn't. the millisecond pause before the reveal, the exact caption position (top third vs center), font size relative to screen, all of it is doing more work than the concept itself. people copy the idea and skip the 200 micro-decisions that made it work good content still won't always go viral. a 5:1 view-to-like ratio is genuinely strong signal, it just doesn't guarantee reach. the algo rewards volume of good attempts, not one perfect video cal ai didn't get one viral hit and coast. they ran hundreds of videos in the same format on repeat, and kept posting through videos that flopped at 1000 views. the winners paid for the losers views ≠ downloads, and this trips up everyone 1M views with almost no installs is extremely common. prank format, funny skit format, anything built for pure entertainment gets massive reach and contributes basically nothing to your install numbers because nobody's thinking about your product, they're thinking about the joke tutorial format does a fraction of the views and converts 10x better. screen recording of the actual app, green screen walkthrough, finger literally tracing where to tap. it's less entertaining and it's the format that pays your bills if you only chase views you'll optimize yourself into a wall of engagement with no revenue behind it content that doesn't scream "ad" don't slide the app into every single post, most of what you post should just be good standalone content bad: "here's why my app has 15 features your current app doesn't" good: "i saved $500 last month and used it to buy my kid a ps5" walks into walmart, grabs a ps5 off the shelf "had no idea i was burning $500/mo on subs i forgot to cancel" the app name/logo shows up after the value hit lands, never before. the viewer needs to feel the outcome first, the brand is just the explanation for how they get it too zero ideas? screenshot your competitors' top 20 tiktoks and study exactly what they're doing in the caption text, the hook, the pacing. copy the format, not the literal video. nobody's reinventing organic distribution from scratch, everyone's remixing what already works working with creators without torching your budget skip influencers at the start unless you've got real spend to burn. you'll pay a few hundred bucks, get 10k views, feel nothing happened, and quit the whole channel cheap ugc reaction clips ($2-5 for a 3-5 second reaction) stitched onto your own tutorial footage gets you dozens of usable videos in a day, this is the highest leverage move for a small budget pay per view if you can get creators to agree to it. rpm between $0.5-$2 depending on how "tutorial-ish" the content is, cap payout at $200-500 per video so you're not exposed. hard to find creators who'll take this deal but they exist, worth asking posting without tripping the flags skip the phone farm, skip the expensive 4g/5g proxy setup. you'll burn a month building infrastructure and still end up throttled a vpn is fine if you're targeting a country you're not in. tiktok can see the vpn, that alone doesn't flag you what actually gets you flagged: → reposting pinterest images hoping tiktok won't recognize them → posting 4+ times within an hour → random disconnected content with no pattern between posts → switching phones or vpn servers constantly → running more than 3 accounts from one setup → posting immediately on a brand new account with zero warmup batch a full month of content in one or two sessions. you already know you won't "post again tomorrow" once life gets in the way connect the vpn first, then open tiktok, so the algo resets to your target country before you touch anything. schedule max 2-3 posts a day with something like hootsuite, set it to drafts instead of auto-publish, review each one before it actually goes live link in bio is quietly killing your conversions tiktok's in-app browser doesn't carry the user's saved logins or cookies. they tap your link, hit "sign in with google," nothing autofills, nothing's remembered, they bail in 3 seconds fix: detect when your link is opened inside tiktok's in-app browser and show a quick prompt telling them to tap the three dots → open in browser. gets them into safari or chrome where their session actually persists, this single fix recovers conversions most people don't even know they're losing
