Here's an example using bo3. (This mod uses dev commands to show them) Attempted to port this over to bo4 at some point but dev commands don't work there so never got it to work. But yeah stuff like this has been possible on modern games for awhile, just not anything public.

Day 3 learning s&box, coming from years of #UEFN. Today it’s not just a preview anymore: the inventory can now equip and unequip clothing, update the 3D preview in real time, and apply the outfit to the actual player character in-game. This kind of freedom is exactly why I wanted to dive into s&box. Still rough. Still early. But now it’s starting to feel like a real system. #sbox #GameDev
