There's a very small YouTube channel that uses stock footage and narration, where the voice seems to be AI trained on my voice. I was told about it from one of my viewers that said when he started watching this channel he realized it was my voice, but with AI. It for sure doesn't sound perfect, and it still has that "AI" sound to it, but this stuff is going to get a lot more convincing really soon. There's not really any tools to deal with this currently, as there's no reporting system, and it's not an exact copy because the narration is different. But I feel like this may become a much bigger problem for YouTube in the future. They are going to have to adapt their copyright system to include AI voice and video copies of people under impersonation.

Made sure everyone knew that it was an honor. 12/1/2019 episode 683 The stream that clip was made from was made the same day China says it had its first recorded case. Looking back, Covid was so important to them they knew I could be on YouTube. I had a stand up clip up making fun of Ebola in 2016 saying “oj Simpson has killed 2x more people than Ebola.” That and my refusal to stop doing jokes about all claimed identities, I had to go. Which is oddly logical. I get it. No hard feelings. At the moment in this clip I had no idea that the adventure was just starting and the road would lead to places I couldn’t imagine.

I could have been Hamas. That was the person that they raised me to be. When October 7 happened, it was so traumatic for me, because it was not just seeing innocent beautiful people being slaughtered. My friends and co-workers, the Jewish people that I learned to love could have also been slaughtered. And more than that, it was the moment that I realized that the Holocaust was real. Because my entire life the only thing that I learned about the Holocaust was that it was ”Jewish propaganda” and it never happened. But then when I saw the slaughtering that happened, everybody clapping – people in New York, London, Malmö, celebrating the murder of Jews. That’s when it clicked for me. Suddenly all the brainwashing ended and I realized this deep antisemitism that lives not just where I come from but also in Europe and the West. I have visited Israel twice and I am in love with Israel, Jews and Israelis. I cannot tell you enough how much I love my Israeli and Jewish friends that I have made since October 7, and before. And I have promised to argue with my family and friends every day because they hate and don’t understand Israel. And even though I have lost many friends and family members, I have said that I will spend the rest of my life showing the truth of my Jewish and Israeli friends. OTD 28 years ago "The Strike" aired, and the world learned about "Festivus." We spoke with Dan O'Keefe whose father created Festivus. Dan was Not a fan of the episode, did Not want the episode to air, and to him, Festivus brings back deep rooted trauma. Dan explains: The way people adopted it, I didn’t see that coming. You gotta understand, I’ve been saying this for a while, yeah, that was my father, he was mentally ill and a drunk, but extremely brilliant. For whatever reason he invented this weird fucking extra holiday that was celebrated at random times. It did not have a set date. It was extremely upsetting. It was like borderline child endangerment, and it was not fun. So my brothers and I had this deal: you do not talk about it outside of the house, and we just try to pretend it’s not happening. But I didn’t pitch it, I didn’t want it to go in. I hoped it would fail and be edited out, and nevertheless, the damn thing survived. The reality is far weirder. I have the CDs that were remastered from the cassette tapes my dad used to make during the annual recording of this insanity, which is mostly him screaming about internal Reader’s Digest politics in a deep slur while my brothers are crying and my mom is telling him to simmer down. That was not something I agitated for, quite the reverse. So how do I feel about it taking off? I try to block it out. This holiday was basically an encapsulation of alcoholism and mental illness into one neat little wrapper. I was as surprised as anyone. I was not a booster of this. I was surprised it got on the air. I am beyond surprised that it seems to be something that has, to some extent, legs. There are still a few people who celebrate it. Good for them. I do not personally. I did my time on that in the ’70s and ’80s. Jerry Stiller made it fun. The real thing was terrifying, obviously, and you understood why George was not in favor of it. But he made it fun, and it was Jeff Schaffer’s joke—the idea to give it a pole. That was not the case. The real symbology of it was more peculiar and not as wholesome as an aluminum pole with a good strength-to-weight ratio.

MY CHANNEL GOT A STRIKE!! 🚨 I posted this exact video on YouTube today and it got removed + a strike on my channel: 100XClub Got a a strike a week ago too, no explanation on what we did wrong. I have been in the space since 2016 and sharing my knowledge, experience and views with people FOR FREE every single day on YT I love YouTube a lot, built the channel with sweat blood and consistency from 34 subs and had a 10x growth in the last 12 months alone I state “not financial advise, Dyor” and so on in every single video I make, trying to be compliant with YouTube I genuinely feel concerned posting on YouTube because I don’t even know what is it that violates the rules therefore cannot change and comply. I refrained from streaming on other platforms because I want to focus on what works - YouTube But if I am not even being told what I should change, I will not be able to adept, and not be able to make it work. This is my live, my community is my second family, YouTube’s move is not right. I had a stream that got 120,000 views that just got removed from YouTube because it violated community guidelines about gambling. At the 1:26 timestamp, I apparently promoted an online gambling site. I have video evidence of this being false. The time that I allegedly violated rules about gambling is literally a countdown clock with no audio to let people know when the game starts. The appeal was denied within 20 minutes. Now, my channel and my livelihood is in danger of being terminated because YouTube flagged it for violating the "regulated goods policy" where I apparently promoted a site while having a blank static screen with a countdown clock. I have yet to hear a response from TeamYouTube about this, and have yet to speak to a human throughout this entire process. I graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December 2022. I will pursue any and all legal action. Restore the video, remove the sanctions against my channel, and give me the money that I rightfully earned on stream, or I have no problem going to court.
