No this is privileged escalation. You would need to run a malicious file that has that exploit in order to be hacked. It doesn’t even need administrator permissions either, but if you don’t download anything bad or suspicious, you’ll be fine.

I mean.. Ive found drivers that should be on the block list but they load and operate normally and do allow to spawning processes under system. Defender is a good solution only for the common user. Anybody that does more than watch yt and check the news and email needs knowledge

talk to me, how is it different than trusted installer permission. oh maybe i get it correct me, u ran it double clicking, the exe wasnt running as admin but it ran cmd as admin rights without uac popup. if that is correct test it on a user account that is not admin.
