The intro for the first film was amazing because we got to actually see William taking the kids. But this intro, we get headline after headline of watching Freddy's get ruined and rise again, one of my favorite things in the franchise now. Also the music is still immaculate

i cant wait to see what they do with the third one. its genuinely one of my favorite parts of the movies!!

the opener of this movie was by fact the standout, and i really hope for the third it maintains a similar energy

I know we’ll probably never see it, but a part of me really wants to see the bite of 83 happen and then follow up with an eight bit sequence like this. Can you imagine we see the chomp and it cuts to the in game cutscene before the music plays.

The intro to this sequel far surpasses that of the first film; both are good thanks to their score composed by The Newton Brothers

i love the newton brothers’ work. their music makes me feel so immersed and its just pure cinema. they also did music for marvel’s daredevil born again and its so awesome.

i was so excited for the puppet in this, only for it to be hidden by the werid possession gimmick instead
