Either they're over-sensitive or never play killer, because this can easily happen when you try to pick up a survivor who has changed position after you downed them. The killer also doesn't do it repeatedly to intimidate the survivor. It's just what some players want to see.

Anyone over like, 200 hours should be able to tell the difference between purposeful BMing and trying to locate you after you fell. She's looking to be upset.
