Building software is always a complex craft, but spatial computing is a different beast entirely. With OPERATOR, built for Apple Vision Pro, we explored this by turning music into a sculpture. The music track isn't a timeline anymore; it’s a 3D object you can walk around, touch, and modify from any angle.

This wonderful lady dressed as an RAF officer and is singing Vera Lynn’s “We’ll Meet Again” to an elderly veteran in hospital. One last hug. One last song. I’m in floods of tears. It would have meant the world to him. These are the last of the wartime generation. In our lifetime we will see them go and that moment is coming very fast. The world they fought for doesn’t exist anymore. We must remember them. We must sit with them while we still can. We must get their stories before it’s too late and tell them how much we love them and how grateful we are for the sacrifices they gave. ❤️🇬🇧🙏
