I knew of someone back in the 90’s who developed a car that ran on water instead of gasoline. He attended the big conferences in Europe, Davos and etc. He would tell anyone who would listen that there was actually a plan developed by powerful Europeans to reduce the population by 65% through medical means and they were doing it to remove certain ethnic groups.
