really good video the arm triangle is quite easy to hit. bait for the canto choke by not doing it snappy, they block. reset, try to do it again, they block, and snap jump into the arm triangle. works very often

The darce isn't really a side control strangle-it needs a front headlock angle and the far arm trapped. Which one actually works on a fully resisting opponent from here?
