I joined this Texas Clear Sky Movement because I need to learn a lot more facts about what is going on and what effects whatever is going on is having on Texas. I post this hearing of Texas House State Representative Wes Virdell, TX State Rep 's on his HB 1382 which started out as a bill to eliminate weather modification and changed into one to stop geoengineering spraying in Texas. In this hearing, I, and I think the Texas House members on the panel learned a lot about the issue. My summary of the hearing is that we learned that there are two different programs/activities going on. One is rain enhancement and to a slight extent, hail size reduction activities going on in Texas that is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The rain enhancement activities carried out by the state spray silver iodide into developing thunderclouds in the troposphere (between 5000 and 10,000 feet) in the air with the objective of increasing the rain produced in the clouds. There are 5 or 6 companies/entities licensed to do this in Texas. One representative in the hearing said that his brother living in Oklahoma is noted that rain enhancement into a developing cell in Texas eventually developed into a tornadic system that hit his house with a tornado. He saw the correlation and presumed that the Texas cloud seeding created the tornado that hit his house. The science expert for TDLR did not agree that cloud seeding causes tornadoes. He said it is designed to create more rain. The other activity going on is the stratospheric (several miles high) spaying of aluminum compounds (and maybe barium and strontium based compounds) in the grid patterns. This is called geoengineering. A representative of one of the rain enhancement companies said that this was being done with the objective of reducing global warming by creating a haze that reflects sunlight away from the earth. I am still unclear who is doing the geoengineering spraying. Is it the federal government as the rain enhancement rep said? Or is it privately funded? I have seen a video elsewhere of a former CIA director admitting it is being done. But if it is the feds, what federal entity is doing it? How much fed money is going to do it? When was it authorized, and for what purpose? After TDLR and the entities doing the cloud seeding in Texas (some of whom testified) visited Rep Virdell to tell him about the difference between weather mod/rain enhancement and geoengineering, claiming positive and benign effects of weather modification, Virdell changed his bill to target geoengineering being done instead of any regulated or funded by the state of Texas. The bill by Virdell had the votes to get out of committee and to the House floor, but Chair Dade Phelan (the former speaker of the Texas House and the chair of the committee in the video) refused to hold a vote, so the bill died. BTW, Kerrville is in Wes Virdell's district, and he has been out doing what he can to help in the response to the devastation of the flooding in his district. Note also that the testimony from citizens was primarily targeted at the health and environmental risks associated with spaying heavy metals and silver iodide over Texas. One of the rain production proponents claimed he has never seen a study that says that silver iodide for rain seeding is not safe. But I think I heard one of the witnesses saying that there are studies that are. But, boy, I still have a lot of questions. 1) How do we know that the Texas regulated rain enhancement program is not causing these freak rainstorms? I want to see a lot more science on this. I even think that the question about the enhancement of tornadic activity by cloud seeding that was asked has not been answered to my satisfaction. And I would VERY MUCH like to know if there was any cloud seeding activity that correlates with this most recent flooding episode. 2) Who is doing the geoengineering over Texas? How was it authorized? What chemicals are they using? What health and environmental studies have been done on whatever they are spaying? 3) What studies have been done on the impacts on weather (and rain production and tornadic impact) from the geoengineering going on that takes into account the combination of BOTH Texas weather mod activity AND geoengineering spraying? (This is kind of like asking whether there have ever been any safety studies on the combination of all the vaccines being recommended for children, nowadays. It is possible that one activity by itself does not do any harm, but a combination of multiple factors does.) I argued in the hearing that we need a stop to all of this until the people of Texas have had time to have input into what is being sprayed on them and what the health, environmental, and weather impacts are on them using unbiased, special-interest free studies. I still believe that. I hope that by reading info provided in this group, I will get a lot more answers to these questions. Thanks for letting me join.

More has come out about Penelope Endersby—the Chief Executive of the Met Office: For those unfamiliar, the Met Office is a government executive agency and trading fund responsible for recording and predicting weather and climate conditions across the UK. Its data is routinely used by the media and government to shape headlines, steer public perception, and justify policy. It’s central to the entire climate narrative. It has just been discovered, after facing mounting accusations of data manipulation, that Endersby’s team has quietly deleted large portions of their objectively inaccurate datasets—without so much as a small announcement. The latest example is Lowestoft. The Met Office had insisted its temperature records for the area were reliable, based on data from four nearby monitoring stations. It all sounded fine, that is, until journalist Ray Sanders found all four stations had been closed for some time. In short, they didn't exist. But rather than issue a correction or explanation, the Met Office has simply scrubbed the data. Even more enraging... When Sanders previously submitted an FOI request simply asking for the names of certain stations, the Met Office rejected it, calling the request “vexatious”. That’s a publicly funded body—receiving tens of millions a year—blocking a simple question from a member of the public because they decided it was designed to cause “annoyance”. Endersby might as well be the poster girl of the murky, negligent, and outright arrogant quango complex we constantly find ourselves battling against. We can't get these folks out quick enough.

Conspiracy no more: Nicole Shanahan says that Robert Kennedy JR's HHS is putting together a team to investigate chemtrails. She says that the Overton window has blown wide open on the geoengineering of weather and that this is the beginning of the global conversation on this topic as people come forward with more evidence. The Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum have both been involved in pushing for this but then they have called anyone who wants to know exactly what they are doing a conspiracy theorist just as they did with the Covid Vaccines. Why? "It appears that the Overton window has been blown wide open on the issue of geoengineering atmospheric weather modification… And I do know that HHS is in the process of putting together a team to investigate this. We do know that cloud seeding does exist. We do know that counties throughout the United States have active contracts with private companies to cloud seed and thus bring greater moisture to arid lands and this is all done under the umbrella of climate change mitigation… I think it reminds all of us of the statement around the MRNA vaccines being safe and effective. Don't look under the hood. Don't listen to these conspiratorial voices…And in fact there is quite a bit of active censorship or medium manipulation that really deters individuals from furthering their inquiries and curiosity as to what's actually at play. And you know I think that that playbook of really using these derogatory attacks on qualified inquiries to shut them up I mean that reminds us all of what felt like during those COVID lockdowns… And so there's a lot of parallels to be drawn between the COVID-19 era and what's happening today which is this Overton window being long wide open on the issue of geoengineering people coming forward with evidence that is raising concern real red flags about the contents of what is being used for weather modification the lack of regulatory oversight the lack of closure to the public...the lack of public consent… I think this is the beginning of this global conversation. I do know the Gates Foundation is involved in geoengineering. I do know Open Philanthropy is involved in geoengineering. I know that the World Economic Forum has pushed it and several universities are pushing for it. We deserve as the people a full disclosure of the process..." Nicole Shanahan

But here’s where it gets truly disturbing. Lemov revealed that when the experiment finally came to light, the backlash was swift—and in some cases, tragic. “But, so this is why there was an ethical debate when the experiment was published in 2014,” she said. One user, Lemov recalled, had a chilling reaction. “And on the Facebook page of the research group that that did the experiment, at least one user wrote in saying, could I ever find out if I was in that experiment.” “Because I was in the emergency room at that time with, you know, threatening to commit suicide, and I want to know if my feed was altered and maybe that pushed me over, you know, into that that state.” There was no way to know. “Of course, they could never know and it can’t be traced backwards. And other people had a similar response.” The scandal sparked an investigation by the British government, which considered sanctions over the international scope of the experiment. “And there was even an investigation by the British government about whether this should be sanctioned because it affected users internationally,” Lemov said. But in the end, there was no accountability. “Ultimately, there doesn’t seem to have been any sanctions that came out of in anyone associated with it, is mostly promoted.” No one punished. No warnings given. And we’re all left wondering: how many more experiments are happening right now—hidden in plain sight?

The EPA has launched a probe into a California geoengineering company releasing SULFUR DIOXIDE into the atmosphere, thanks to relentless pressure from ICAN and its supporters. This is a major victory, but the fight to stop geoengineering continues. Here’s why this matters. ICAN has long raised concerns about geoengineering—efforts to manipulate the climate by polluting the skies. From chemtrails to stratospheric aerosol injection, the risks are undeniable: toxic substances like sulfur dioxide, an EPA-regulated pollutant, are being dispersed to “block the sun.” A private company, Make Sunsets, is launching balloons to release sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere, selling “cooling credits” while endangering public health. Represented by Siri & Glimstad, ICAN sent two letters to the EPA, urging regulation of this activity under the Clean Air Act. Initially ignored, ICAN persisted, and EPA’s Joseph Kaufman finally responded, acknowledging that this is geoengineering. His letter referenced a 2022 White House research plan, which the EPA helped develop, but offered little action, despite admitting sulfur dioxide’s toxicity. Undeterred, ICAN intensified its efforts, fueled by public support. This week, EPA head Lee Zeldin announced an investigation into Make Sunsets, pledging to “get to the bottom of this and take immediate action.” This is a significant step, but the broader threat looms. Scientists, backed by figures like Bill Gates, plan to “brighten clouds” and dim sunlight within weeks. As the planet enters a solar minimum with reduced sunlight, blocking the sun could disrupt climate, agriculture, and health. Globally shared stratospheres mean this is an international issue. ICAN believes the Earth’s natural design should not be tampered with. Through legal action, it’s fighting to stop geoengineering on national and global levels. Unlike typical news outlets, ICAN uses supporter funds to sue the government and hold agencies like the EPA accountable, achieving victories in vaccines, food dyes, and now geoengineering.
