BS Alert! The so called farmer in this video is full of BULL. First off, you can see that the field is not planted with carrots, but what appears to be winter wheat. Then, of course carrots are harvested in the region he claims to be in at the latest in October. In Kansas, carrots are primarily harvested in late September through October for fall crops, which are planted in early August. Carrots are best harvested after the first frost, as this makes them sweeter.
