Anybody who takes th PAC seriously is either ignorant or a Johny just come. If you know the nonsense that go on there without any punishment or prosecution, you'll know that it's a useless committee and I dare say that, they're all corrupt. This one will go nowhere. Mark it!

Totally unacceptable. To exceed your budget by a small margin is a mistake. To spend three times the allocated amount is a criminal offence.

I don’t get it.. how are they able to spend more than the budget.. or they just record lower values as their budgets and now the actual values have come to light?

I don't quiet get this. How is their expense higher than their budget without board approval? Who released the money? Can someone take me through how money is released for such things because frankly, some people need to be sent to heaven for their corrupt and fraudulent ways.

I always say, we the citizens are not serious.
